研究目的：

本研究旨在建立多中心主动脉瘤数据库，比较不同术式的真实世界预后，构建不良结局预测模型，并分析影像特征、远期风险及术中指标等危险因素，为临床决策提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a multi-center aortic aneurysm database, compare the real-world prognosis of different surgical methods, construct a model for predicting adverse outcomes, and analyze risk factors such as imaging features, long-term risks, and intraoperative indicators, in order to provide a basis for clinical decision-making.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

研究对象需同时满足以下所有条件： 1.年龄 ≥14岁； 2.影像学明确诊断为胸主动脉瘤，包括升主动脉、主动脉弓、或降主动脉段病变，具备完整CTA资料； 3.拟接受外科干预，包括开放手术、杂交术式或腔内修复治疗。

Inclusion criteria

The study subjects must meet all of the following conditions simultaneously: 1. Age >= 14 years old; 2.Radiologically diagnosed with thoracic aortic aneurysm, including lesions in the ascending aorta, aortic arch, or descending aortic segment, with complete CTA data; 3.Intended to undergo surgical intervention, including open surgery, hybrid procedures, or endovascular repair treatment.

排除标准：

1.非胸主动脉瘤病变（如单纯夹层、穿通性溃疡、血肿等）； 2.拒绝接受手术治疗或拒绝参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Non-thoracic aortic aneurysm lesions (such as simple dissection, penetrating ulcer, hematoma, etc.); 2.Refusal to undergo surgical treatment or refusal to participate in this study.
