研究目的：

观察糖尿病相性听力下降患者中 BRD4、SynIIb、COX2 表达与听力的关系；血糖水平及持续时间是否与 BRD4、SynIIb、COX2 及听力改变存在直接因果关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the relationship between the expression of BRD4, SynIIb, COX2 and hearing in diabetes patients with phasic hearing loss; Is there a direct causal relationship between blood glucose levels and duration and changes in BRD4, SynIIb, COX2, and hearing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.选择就诊我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科和内分泌科 70 岁以下 II 型糖尿病患者 40 例，根据 0.5Hz~4KHz 纯音听阈平均值将患者分为糖尿病听力正常组（DG 组， 20 例，40 耳）和糖尿病听力异常组（DRHL 组，20 例，40耳）。健康体检者作为正常对照组（CG 组，20例，40耳）；

Inclusion criteria

1.Forty patients with type II diabetes under 70 years old were selected from the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and Endocrinology of our hospital. According to the mean value of 0.5Hz~4KHz pure tone hearing threshold, the patients were divided into diabetes hearing normal group (DG group, 20 cases, 40 ears) and diabetes hearing abnormal group (DRHL group, 20 cases, 40 ears). Healthy examinees served as the normal control group (CG group, 20 cases, 40 ears);

排除标准：

1.I型糖尿病；
2.家族神经性耳聋；
3.中耳炎；
4.明确原因的听力下降；
5.噪音暴露；
6.耳毒性药物使用史；
7.严重肾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1.type I diabetes;
2.Familial neurogenic hearing loss;
3.tympanitis;
4.Clear cause of hearing loss;
5.noise exposure;
6.History of use of ototoxic drugs;
7.Severe kidney disease;

病例报告表以及电子化采集：?Excel?模板录入临床数据（听力指标、血清浓度）。听力设备数据通过USB导出，保存为CSV格式。 纸质记录：填写统一设计的病例报告表，包括：人口学信息、病史、听力测试结果、不良事件记录。双人独立录入，确保准确性。 线上备份：加密存储于医院服务器或合规云平台

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case report form and electronic collection: Enter clinical data (hearing indicators, serum concentrations) using Excel templates. The listening device data is exported via USB and saved in CSV format. Paper records: Fill out a uniformly designed case report form, including demographic information, medical history, hearing test results, and adverse event records. Two people independently input data to ensure accuracy. Online backup: encrypted storage on hospital servers or compliant cloud platforms
