研究目的：

探讨CBCT对牙槽突裂植骨手术术后效果进行三维影像评估的可行性，评价自体髂骨半厚骨块移植应用于牙槽突裂修复的术后效果，并探讨相关因素对植骨效果的影响，对自体髂骨半厚骨块移植的安全性进行验证。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the feasibility of CBCT for three-dimensional image evaluation of the postoperative effect of alveolar fracture bone grafting, to evaluate the postoperative effect of autologous semi-thick iliac block grafting in alveolar fracture repair, and to explore the influence of related factors on the effect of bone grafting, so as to verify the safety of autologous semi-thick iliac block grafting

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.非综合征先天性牙槽突裂患者； 2.行STIB植骨术； 3.口腔侧裂隙宽度>=5mm； 4.由同一术者进行手术；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with nonsyndromic congenital alveolar cleft; 2.Autologous semi-thick iliac block grafting in alveolar fracture repair; 3.The width of the oral side fissure >= 5 mm; 4.The surgery is performed by the same surgeon;

排除标准：

1.缺乏术前、术后1周及术后6月以上CBCT；
2.影像资料过于模糊无法测量；
3.缺乏术后并发症资料记录患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Lack of CBCT preoperatively, 1 week after surgery and more than 6 months after surgery;
2.The image data is too blurry to measure;
3.Patients lacking data on postoperative complications;
