研究目的：

术后恶心呕吐（PONV）是除疼痛之外最常见的手术和麻醉并发症。全身麻醉后 PONV 的总体发生率为 30-60%，在高危人群中可高达 80%。麻醉因素，如挥发性麻醉药、阿片类药物、手术类型和患者相关因素，是 PONV 风险的关键影响因素 。PONV 不仅降低患者术后满意度，还会导致严重的术后并发症，如电解质失衡、胃内容物吸入、颅内压升高、吸入性肺炎、缝合线裂开和出血 。这些因素最终会延长住院时间并增加住院费用 [11]。 PONV 由多个受体系统触发，在胸科手术后，患者由于恶心呕吐影响术后早期下床及呼吸功能锻炼，延长住院时间，影响术后康复，因此，预防和治疗 PONV 是一项复杂的任务。  

Objectives of Study：

Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) is the most common complication of surgery and anesthesia besides pain. The overall incidence of PONV after general anesthesia is 30-60% and can be as high as 80% in high-risk groups . Anesthetic factors, such as volatile anesthetics, opioids, type of surgery, and patient-related factors, are key influencing factors of PONV risk . PONV not only reduces patients' postoperative satisfaction, but also leads to serious postoperative complications, such as electrolyte imbalance, stomach contents inhalation, intracranial pressure increase, aspiration pneumonia, suture rupture, and bleeding . These factors can ultimately prolong hospital stays and increase hospital costs . PONV is triggered by multiple receptor systems. After thoracic surgery, nausea and vomiting affect patients' early postoperative getting out of bed and respiratory function exercise, prolong hospital stay, and affect postoperative rehabilitation. Therefore, prevention and treatment of PONV is a complex task.

纳入标准：

年龄18～70岁，BMI 18～30 kg/m^2，ASA Ⅱ或Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

Age: 18-70 years old, BMI: 18-30 kg/m^2, ASA Class II or III.

排除标准：

金属接触过敏性体质，体内有心脏起搏器、金属植入物等，手腕佩戴部位皮肤破损，肝肾功能异常，有颅脑或精神系统疾病，既往有消化道手术史或胃肠道慢性疾病，既往有晕动症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Allergic constitution due to metal contact, heart pacemaker, metal implant, etc., skin damage on wrist wear, abnormal liver and kidney function, brain or mental system diseases, previous history of gastrointestinal surgery or chronic gastrointestinal diseases, and motion sickness patients.
