研究目的：

1.主要研究目的： 本研究构建中国自婴幼儿期至青春期cTAK多中心队列，随访预后情况，探索cTAK预后不良（cTAK相关死亡、复发或持续不缓解、血管并发症）的危险因素； 2.次要研究目的： 基于临床特征独立危险因素和CT影像组学独立危险因素构建cTAK预后不良的预测模型，并进行模型评估、内部验证和可视化。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main research objectives: This study established a multicenter cohort of cTAK in China from infancy to adolescence, followed up on the prognosis, and explored the risk factors for poor prognosis of cTAK (CTAK-related death, recurrence or persistent non-remission, vascular complications). 2. Secondary research objectives: A predictive model for poor prognosis of cTAK was constructed based on independent risk factors of clinical features and independent risk factors of CT radiomics, and the model was evaluated, internally validated and visualized.

纳入标准：

1.年龄小于18岁 2.首次诊断为cTAK的住院患儿 3.首诊时进行CTA评估的患儿

Inclusion criteria

1. Under the age of 18 2. Hospitalized children diagnosed with cTAK for the first time 3. Children who underwent CTA assessment at the first visit

排除标准：

1.感染引起的模拟性血管炎 2.合并先天性疾病：如原发性免疫缺陷、先天性血管发育异常等 3.临床资料不全的患儿

Exclusion criteria：

1. Simulated vasculitis caused by infection 2. Combined congenital diseases: such as primary immune deficiency, congenital vascular developmental abnormalities, etc 3. Children with incomplete clinical data
