研究目的：

评价贾英杰教授“黜浊培本”针法在胰十二指肠切除术后胃肠排空障碍中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the application effect of Professor Yingjie Jia's "Eliminating Dross and Cultivating the Root" acupuncture technique in the treatment of gastrointestinal emptying disorders after pancreaticoduodenectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者住院期间行whipple手术； （2）患者依据国际胰腺外科研究组（International Study Group of Pancreatic Surgery，ISGPS）制定的定义标准确诊为胃排空障碍：拔除胃管后出现频繁呕吐、腹胀，X 线腹部平片无机械性梗阻；重置胃管后，引流量＞600 ml/d；胃减压后症状迅速缓解，但停止胃减压后6-8小时再次出现症状； （3）预计生存期≥3个月；血常规检查标准需符合：绝对中性粒细胞计数(ANC)≥2×109/L并且血小板计数≥100×109/L并且血红蛋白≥9 g/dL； （4）心电图基本正常，血压控制良好，机体上没有未愈合的创伤； （5）签署知情同意书?

Inclusion criteria

1.The patient underwent the Whipple operation during hospitalization. 2.The patient was diagnosed with gastroparesis according to the definition criteria set by the International Study Group of Pancreatic Surgery (ISGPS): frequent vomiting and abdominal distension occurred after the gastric tube was removed, and there was no mechanical obstruction on the abdominal X-ray; after the gastric tube was reinserted, the drainage volume was more than 600 ml per day; the symptoms were relieved rapidly after gastric decompression, but they recurred 6-8 hours after the gastric decompression was stopped. 3.The expected survival period is >= 3 months; the blood routine examination criteria should meet: absolute neutrophil count (ANC) >= 2×10^9/L and platelet count >= 100×10^9/L and hemoglobin >=9 g/dL. 4.The electrocardiogram is basically normal, the blood pressure is well controlled, and there are no unhealed traumas on the body. 5.The informed consent form was signed.

排除标准：

（1）机械性梗阻者； （2）严重营养不良者； （3）合并其他部位恶性肿瘤者； （4）血液系统疾病者； （5）精神异常，无法配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with mechanical obstruction; 2.Those with severe malnutrition; 3.Those with concurrent malignant tumors in other parts; 4.Those with hematological diseases; 5.Those with mental disorders and unable to cooperate with the researchers.

观察组患者给予“黜浊培本”针法治疗：取足三里、上巨虚、内关、三阴交、下巨虚、合谷、率谷取穴后，采用直径30 mm的毫针（华佗牌）刺入15~20 mm，行手法提插捻转30s，后持续留针30min，1次/d，连续干预 7d。

Intervention：

The patients in the observation group were treated with the "Eliminating Dampness and Building Foundation" acupuncture method: The acupoints of Zusanli, Shangguanluo, Neiguan, Sanyingjiao, Xiaoguanluo, Hegu, and Luegu were selected. After that, a 30 mm diameter filiform needle (Huatuo brand) was inserted 15-20 mm, and the manipulation of lifting, inserting, twisting was performed for 30 seconds. Then, the needle was left in place for 30 minutes. This treatment was conducted once a day for 7 consecutive days.
