本研究目的旨在探讨不同负荷(70%1RM、80%1RM、90%1RM)的深蹲练习作为预激活刺激后,在不同间歇时间(4、8、12分钟)下,对高校女子篮球运动员跳跃表现(以摸高成绩为指标)与下肢神经肌肉激活(以表面肌电均方根振幅RMS为指标)的即时影响。通过分析摸高成绩与下肢主要肌肉激活效率和模式的变化,揭示激活后增强效应(PAP)在女子篮球运动员中的应用效果。最终,研究期望为优化女子篮球运动员赛前热身方案与专项力量训练提供科学参数与实践依据,以弥补该群体在PAP应用研究上的不足。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this study is to investigate the immediate effects of back squats with different loads (70%1RM, 80%1RM, and 90%1RM) as a conditioning activity, following different rest intervals (4, 8, and 12 minutes), on the jumping performance (measured by reach height) and lower-limb neuromuscular activation (measured by surface electromyography root mean square amplitude, sEMG RMS) of female collegiate basketball players. By analyzing the changes in reach height and the activation efficiency and patterns of key lower-limb muscles, this research aims to elucidate the application of Post-Activation Potentiation (PAP) in female basketball athletes. Ultimately, the study seeks to provide scientific parameters and practical evidence for optimizing pre-competition warm-up protocols and sport-specific strength training for female basketball players, thereby addressing the research gap in PAP application within this population.

纳入标准:

1.具有三年以上篮球训练经验; 2.无任何神经系统以及下肢相关重大伤病; 3.具备三年及以上力量训练经验以及熟悉掌握深蹲技术动作; 4.实验前48小时无进行高强度训练; 5.无咖啡因或其他兴奋剂摄入; 6.每周进行1-3次规律的运动; 7.所有受试者再进入实验室之前均签订安全告知书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Have more than three years of basketball training experience; 2. There are no major injuries or illnesses related to the nervous system or lower limbs. 3. Have three years or more of strength training experience and be familiar with and master the squat technique movements; 4. No high-intensity training was conducted 48 hours before the experiment. 5. No intake of caffeine or other stimulants; 6. Do regular exercise 1 to 3 times a week; 7. All subjects signed a safety notice before entering the laboratory.

排除标准:

1.患有神经系统疾病或存在认知障碍无法配合测试者; 2.近半年内下肢(髋、膝、踝)存在重大伤病(如骨折、韧带撕裂)或急性肌肉骨骼疼痛者; 3.罹患心脑血管、呼吸系统等影响运动能力的慢性疾病者; 4.处于孕期或经医学诊断不适宜进行高强度抗阻训练者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Those with neurological diseases or cognitive impairments who are unable to cooperate with the test; 2. Those who have suffered from major injuries or illnesses (such as fractures, ligament tears) or acute musculoskeletal pain in the lower limbs (hip, knee, ankle) within the past six months; 3. People suffering from chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and respiratory diseases that affect athletic ability; 4. Those who are pregnant or have been medically diagnosed as unsuitable for high-intensity resistance training.

This study employed a simple randomization method. The random allocation sequence was independently generated by a third-party statistician (who was not involved in the study and was from the School of Physical Education, Tianjin University of Sport) using a computer-based random number generation program (the RAND function in Microsoft Excel), ensuring the objectivity of the grouping process and preventing selection bias.
