研究目的: |
1.多维度解码IC抵抗特性,通过整合临床疗效、病理分型和多序列MRI影像组学指标,从“临床-病理-影像组学”多维度信息解码局部晚期鼻咽癌(LANPC)患者的诱导化疗(IC)抵抗特性。 2.治疗前精准识别IC获益患者 利用蚁群优化神经网络(ACONN)高性能深度学习算法充分挖掘多维度信息与IC抵抗的关联规律,构建出一种精准稳定、高效鲁棒的治疗前IC获益识别模型,有望为NPC的精准防治提供无创的技术手段和有效的评估依据,提升鼻咽癌治愈率,降低其死亡率。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1.Decoding the resistance characteristics of induction chemotherapy (IC) in patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (LANPC) from multiple dimensions, by integrating clinical efficacy, pathological classification and multi-sequence MRI radiomics indicators, from the "clinical-pathological-radiomics" multi-dimensional information. 2. Precisely identifying patients benefiting from IC before treatment. By using the high-performance deep learning algorithm of ant colony optimization neural network (ACONN) to fully explore the correlation rules between multi-dimensional information and IC resistance, a precise, stable, efficient and robust pre-treatment IC benefit identification model is constructed, which is expected to provide non-invasive technical means and effective evaluation basis for the precise prevention and treatment of NPC, improve the cure rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and reduce its mortality. |
