研究目的：

调查透析患者疲乏状态及运动康复现状及其影响因素，构建《MHD疲乏患者运动康复循证实践方案》  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the fatigue status, exercise rehabilitation practices, and influencing factors in dialysis patients, and to develop an "Evidence-Based Practice Program for Exercise Rehabilitation in MHD Patients with Fatigue"

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁，无精神疾病、有正常沟通能力者； 2.维持性血透患者（持续透析时间>=3个月）； 3.无明显视力、听力障碍、意识清晰，语言表达清楚者； 4.自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 or above, without mental illness, and with normal communication ability; 2. Patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis (duration of dialysis >= 3 months); 3. No significant vision or hearing impairment, clear consciousness, and clear language expression; 4. Voluntarily willing to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.存在严重原发性疾病、恶性肿瘤及严重并发症者； 2.躯体活动障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with serious primary diseases, malignant tumors, or severe complications; 2. Patients with physical mobility impairments.
