Objectives of Study：

The incidence and incidence of postpartum depression can be effectively prevented through the evaluation of prenatal depression scale combined with the screening of differential markers

纳入标准：

育龄期（18至45岁）拟行蛛网膜下腔麻醉（包括硬膜外联合蛛网膜下腔麻醉）的剖宫产孕妇及孕期宫颈环扎术的孕妇

Inclusion criteria

Pregnant women of childbearing age (18 to 45 years old) who are scheduled to undergo subarachnoid anesthesia (including combined epidural and subarachnoid anesthesia) for cesarean section and those who are scheduled to undergo cervical cerclage during pregnancy.

排除标准：

排除标准：拟行其他麻醉方式的孕妇，妊娠期高血压（子痫前期），及其他代谢性疾病，明确诊断为精神疾病（如精神分裂症、抑郁症、焦虑症、偏执狂、躁狂症、创伤后障碍和强迫症）的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women who are scheduled to undergo other forms of anesthesia, those with gestational hypertension (preeclampsia), and other metabolic disorders, as well as patients with a clear diagnosis of mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, depression, anxiety disorder, paranoia, mania, post-traumatic stress disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder).
