研究目的：

1.探讨微观结构MRI技术在肾脏疾病诊断中的应用价值，尤其是对肾脏微观结构改变的评估能力。 2.评估MRI技术对肾脏功能的定量分析能力，包括肾血流灌注、组织结构及病理改变的评估。 3.建立基于MRI技术的肾脏疾病诊断及功能评估体系，为临床提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the application value of microstructure MRI technology in the diagnosis of kidney diseases, especially its ability to assess the changes in the microscopic structure of the kidneys. 2. Evaluate the quantitative analysis ability of MRI technology for kidney function, including the assessment of renal blood perfusion, tissue structure, and pathological changes. 3. Establish a diagnosis and function assessment system for kidney diseases based on MRI technology, providing scientific evidence for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1．健康志愿者纳入标准： (1)实验室检查肾功能指标血肌酐正常； (2)无肾病、糖尿病或高血压等影响肾功能的病史； (3)近期无肾毒性药物服用史； (4)完成包括ASL和（或）TDD-MRI和（或）T1定量序列的肾脏MRI检查。 2．肾病患者纳入标准： (1)临床诊断为肾脏疾病（包括急性肾损伤、慢性肾病、肾脏肿瘤及糖尿病影响肾功能病史等）； (2)年龄18岁以上； (3)住院行肾活检组织病理学检查； (4)完成包括ASL和（或）TDD-MRI和（或）T1定量序列的肾脏MRI检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria for healthy volunteers: (1) Laboratory test results show normal serum creatinine levels for renal function; (2) No history of kidney diseases, diabetes, hypertension or other conditions that affect renal function; (3) No history of exposure to nephrotoxic drugs in the recent period; (4) Have undergone kidney MRI examinations including ASL and (or) TDD-MRI and (or) T1 quantitative sequences. 2. Inclusion criteria for patients with kidney diseases: (1) Clinically diagnosed with kidney diseases (including acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, kidney tumors, and history of diabetes affecting renal function, etc.); (2) Age over 18 years old; (3) Undergoing renal biopsy for histopathological examination in the hospital; (4) Have undergone kidney MRI examinations including ASL and (or) TDD-MRI and (or) T1 quantitative sequences.

排除标准：

1.有MRI检查禁忌或图像质量差，不能获得定量参数； 2.存在肾脏畸形或严重肾积水。

Exclusion criteria：

1.There are contraindications for MRI examination or the image quality is poor, making it impossible to obtain quantitative parameters; 2. There are kidney malformations or severe hydronephrosis.
