探索肌醇是否能改善PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗和IVF-ET结局，明确其安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring whether inositol improves insulin resistance and IVF-ET outcomes in PCOS patients and clarifying Its Safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

20-40岁PCOS患者，合并代谢综合征（肥胖、高血糖、血脂异常、高尿酸、脂肪肝、高胰岛素血症，具有其中一点），采用促性腺素释放激素拮抗剂方案促排卵，进行IVF-ET胚胎移植。

Inclusion criteria

PCOS patients aged 20-40 years, with comorbid metabolic syndrome (characterized by at least one of the following: obesity, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, fatty liver disease, or hyperinsulinemia), underwent ovarian stimulation using a gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist protocol, followed by IVF-ET.

排除标准：

1、胚胎植入前遗传学诊断（preimplantation genetic testing, PGT）周期； 2、合并子宫粘膜下、肌壁间肌瘤，子宫腺肌症，宫腔黏连，子宫畸形，薄型子宫内膜等影响胚胎着床的因素；3、合并心血管、呼吸系统、消化系统严重慢性疾病，合并糖尿病、系统性红斑狼疮等严重内分泌、免疫性疾病； 4、治疗前3个月内参加过其它药物临床试验或器械临床试验，并使用试验药物或使用试验器械者； 5、对肌醇或二甲双胍过敏者； 6、体质量指数（body mass index, BMI）<18.5，或>=28； 7、经研究者判断存在可能影响本研究判断的其他医学状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) cycle; 2. Factors affecting embryo implantation, such as submucosal uterine fibroids, intramural fibroids, adenomyosis, intrauterine adhesions, uterine malformations, thin endometrium, etc.; 3. Presence of severe chronic diseases of the cardiovascular, respiratory, or digestive systems, or severe endocrine or immune diseases such as diabetes mellitus or systemic lupus erythematosus; 4. Participation in other drug or device clinical trials within 3 months prior to treatment, with the use of investigational drugs or devices; 5. Allergy to inositol or metformin; 6. Body mass index (BMI) <18.5 or >= 28; 7. Other medical conditions deemed by the investigator as potentially interfering with the judgment of this study.
