研究目的：

通过与单靶点刺激联合认知训练进行对比，观察神经环路调控联合认知训练对aMCI的记忆功能及中枢重塑模式的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing it with single-target stimulation combined with cognitive training, this study aims to examine the effects of circuit-based neuromodulation combined with cognitive training on memory functions and central remodeling patterns in individuals with aMCI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合遗忘型轻度认知障碍（aMCI）的诊断标准，且从未服用过改善认知药物； 2.年龄>=50岁且<=80岁，性别不限，右利手； 3.主诉为记忆力下降，并有客观证据（听觉词语学习测验的长延迟回忆得分比年龄匹配人群的均值至少低 1.0 标准差）； 4.小学及以上学历； 5.理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. meet the diagnostic criteria for amnestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI) and have never taken cognitive improvement medication; 2. be >=50 and <=80 years of age, of either sex, and right-handed; 3. complaints of memory loss with objective evidence (long-delayed recall scores on the Auditory Word Learning Test are at least 1.0 standard deviation below the mean of the age-matched population); 4. have a primary school education or higher; 5. understand, agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并肿瘤、严重的心、肝、肾、血液系统疾病或传染病； 2.既往有脑血管病、帕金森综合征、各种原因导致的痴呆等神经系统疾病； 3.既往有焦虑、抑郁、精神分裂症等精神疾病； 4.严重视听觉障碍； 5.存在磁共振禁忌（如：心脏起搏器、心脏支架、人工心脏瓣膜、骨折手术后固定钢板等）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concurrent tumours, severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, or haematological disorders, or infectious diseases; 2. History of cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's syndrome, or dementia of any aetiology; 3. History of anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric disorders; 4. Severe visual or auditory impairment; 5. Presence of MRI contraindications (e.g., cardiac pacemakers, cardiac stents, artificial heart valves, surgical fixation plates following fracture surgery).
