研究目的：

该项目的总体目标是初步探索防狭窄导管在预防食管黏膜下剥离术（Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection，ESD）术后良性狭窄中的作用，以期最终解决ESD术后食管狭窄这一长期以来困扰食管内镜微创治疗技术推广的瓶颈和难题。有望取得较好的经济学和社会学效益。  

Objectives of Study：

The overarching goal of this project is to conduct a preliminary exploration of the role of anti-stent catheters in preventing benign strictures after Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD). This investigation aims to ultimately overcome the critical bottleneck of post-ESD esophageal strictures, a long-standing challenge that has hindered the widespread adoption of this minimally invasive technique. Success in this endeavor is expected to yield significant economic and societal benefits.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意书，依从性好； 2.男女不限，年龄18-80周岁； 3.符合食管ESD适应症 (中华医学会肿瘤学分会早诊早治学组.中国食管癌早诊早治专家共识.中华肿瘤杂志,2022,44(10):1066-1075) ； 4.食管病变范围不小于1/2周； 5.计划在本院长期复诊的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients voluntarily enrolled in this study, signed informed consent forms, and demonstrated good compliance; 2. Open to both genders, aged 18–80 years; 3. Meet the indications for oesophageal ESD (Chinese Society of Oncology, Early Diagnosis and Treatment Working Group. Chinese Expert Consensus on Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Oesophageal Cancer. Chinese Journal of Cancer, 2022, 44(10):1066-1075); 4. Oesophageal lesion extent covers no less than half the circumference; 5. Patients planning long-term follow-up at this hospital.

排除标准：

1.食管恶性狭窄患者； 2.心肺功能不全，不能耐受全身麻醉患者； 3.出凝血功能异常患者； 4.无法签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant oesophageal strictures; 2. Patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency unable to tolerate general anaesthesia; 3. Patients with haemostatic abnormalities; 4. Patients unable to sign an informed consent form.
