研究目的：

以非综合征性单侧牙槽嵴裂患者作为被试，采取随机对照研究的方式纳入符合纳排标准的患者，证实β-TCP负载BMP-2在修复牙槽嵴裂骨缺损的成骨率上优于自体髂骨移植。  

Objectives of Study：

Taking Nonsyndromic unilateral alveolar clefts patients as subjects, adoping randomized controlled trial to include patients which are accord with the inclusion and exclusion criteria.To verify that using BMP-2 loaded with β-TCP is better than using iliac cancellous bone in repairing the alveolar cleft bone defects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.非综合征性单侧牙槽嵴裂； b.CBCT检查显示裂隙位于侧切牙与尖牙之间，若侧切牙先天缺失，则裂隙位于 中切牙及尖牙之间，且尖牙牙根发育达1/2至2/3者。或年龄为9-12岁，性别不限患者；

Inclusion criteria

a.Nonsyndromic unilateral alveolar clefts; b.The test results of CBCT show :(1)the length of canine root has been developed into 1/2 to 2/3.(2)the cleft is located between the lateral incisor and the canine.If the lateral incisor is congenital absence ,then the cleft is located between the incisor and the canine. Or the children from 9 to 12 years old,without limitation of gender.

排除标准：

a.牙槽嵴裂隙过宽者（＞1.5cm）； b.牙槽嵴裂近远中断端明显唇腭向错位者； c.牙槽嵴裂隙空间内有牙冠占据； d.精神障碍者或智力障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

a.The breadth of alveolar cleft is wider than 1.5cm. b.The proximal and distal interrupted ends of alveolar cleft is obviously labio-palatine dislocation. c.The space of alveolar cleft is occupied by dental crowns. d.Patients with mental or intellectual disabilities.

由研究主负责人使用SPSS 26.0软件中的随机数生成器，设置固定值以确保可复现性。以样本量220例作为入组全部数字序列，设置1个分割点将数字序列分为2组。

The random number generator in SPSS 26.0 software was used by the study leader,fixed values was set to ensure reproducibility.The sample size of 220 cases was taken as the total number sequence in the group, and a segmentation point was set to divide the number sequence into 2 groups.

盲法：

在研究开展后的每个自然月结束时，由研究主负责人陈仁吉主任医师将入组患者术前及术后半年及一年复查时的CBCT影像以编号的形式交给同一名经验丰富且经过培训的口腔影像科医师，（该医师不知道患者是利用何种材料进行牙槽嵴裂植骨修复的）从而确保盲法的实施。计算牙槽嵴裂的术前裂隙及术后成骨体积，每名患者在第一次测量至少间隔1个月后再测算一次，取两次测量值的平均值，作为测量的结果。待全部患者随访完成后，破盲将患者的编号与患者个人信息相对应，并进一步的统计分析。

Blinding：

At the conclusion of each calendar month during the study period, the lead researcher, Chief Physician Chen Renji, submitted the preoperative, 6-month postoperative, and 1-year postoperative CBCT images of enrolled patients to the same experienced and trained oral radiologist in a coded format (ensuring the radiologist was blinded to the grafting material used for alveolar cleft repair). Bone formation volume within the alveolar cleft was calculated preoperatively and postoperatively. Each patient's measurements were repeated at least one month after the initial assessment, and the average of the two measurements was taken as the final result. After the completion of follow-up for all patients, the blinding code was broken to link patient numbers with personal information for subsequent statistical analysis.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

患者信息及测量指标数据由研究人员记录在病例报告表上，CBCT数据使用专门的移动硬盘保存并使用体积分析软件MIMICS 21.0分析成骨率。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Patient information and measurement data were recorded on the case report form by the investigators.The CBCT data were saved on a special removable hard disk and bone filling in clefts were analyzed using the volume analysis software MIMICS21.0.
