研究目的：

本研究纳入国内4家医疗中心收住治疗的行近端胃癌根治术患者的临床病理资料，统计分析近端胃术后不同消化道重建方式之间安全性与疗效的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

This study included clinical and pathological data of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for proximal gastric cancer admitted to four medical centers in China, and statistically analyzed the differences in safety and efficacy between different digestive reconstruction methods after proximal gastric surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)胃镜和组织病理学诊断为Siewert II/III AEG或近端胃癌患者；(2)行根治性近端胃切除术，且术后病理学检查结果证实为R0切除；(3)EMR或ESD非根治性切除后需追加外科手术；(4)临床病理数据完整。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with Siewert II/III AEG or proximal gastric cancer by endoscopy and histopathology; (2) Underwent radical proximal gastrectomy, with postoperative pathological examination confirming R0 resection; (3) Required additional surgical intervention after non-curative EMR or ESD; (4) Complete clinical and pathological data.

排除标准：

(1)伴有其他恶性肿瘤者；(2)伴有自身免疫疾病或免疫缺陷性疾病；(3)临床病理数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with other malignant tumors; (2) Patients with autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiency disorders; (3) Missing clinical and pathological data.
