研究目的：

本研究旨在构建并验证针对头颈癌放疗后存在营养风险的患者营养、运动和团体心理辅导的综合干预方案，以改善头颈癌放疗后患者的营养状况、心理困扰及生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to construct and validate an integrated intervention program of nutrition, exercise and group counseling for patients at nutritional risk after radiotherapy for head and neck cancer in order to improve the nutritional status, psychological distress and quality of life of patients after radiotherapy for head and neck cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.研究对象为经病理诊断为癌症的患者，年龄≥18岁； 2.研究实验组进行团体心理辅导； 3.研究对照组为常规护理； 4.结局变量包括且不限于患者焦虑、抑郁、疲劳与生活质量； 5.研究设计明确为RCT； 6.语言为中文或英文。

Inclusion criteria

1. The study subjects are patients pathologically diagnosed with cancer, aged 18 years or older; 2. The experimental group of the study receives group psychological counseling; 3. The control group receives standard care; 4. Outcome variables include but are not limited to patients' anxiety, depression, fatigue, and quality of life; 5. The study design is clearly an RCT; 6. The language is Chinese or English.

排除标准：

1.合并其它器官恶性肿瘤； 2.发生远处转移； 3.存在心脑血管、呼吸系统疾病等运动禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with malignant tumors of other organs; 2. Distant metastasis occurs; 3. Presence of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or respiratory diseases, or other contraindications to exercise.

Blinding：

In the patient follow-up phase, blinding of the follow-up data collector will be realized by hiding the patient grouping information from the questionnaire distributor. In the data analysis phase, data analysis will be performed by the researcher who is not aware of the subgroups, realizing the blinding of the data analyzer.
