Objectives of Study：

A comparative study of soft-lens-guided silicone double-lumen tube versus preheated PVC double-lumen tube in endotracheal intubation for obese patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

择期胸外科单肺通气手术患者，性别不限，年龄25~64岁，BMI 28.0~34.1 kg/m2，ASA I—III级。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing elective thoracic surgery with single-lung ventilation, regardless of gender, aged 25-64 years, with a BMI of 28.0-34.1 kg/m^2, and classified as ASA I-III.

排除标准：

左上肺叶和左侧肺全切、严重心肺功能不全、交流沟通障碍、颈部活动受限、声音异常病史以及近期感冒病史等。

Exclusion criteria：

Left upper lobe and left lung total resection, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, communication disorders, limited neck movement, abnormal voice history and recent cold history.
