研究目的：

（1）运用多阶段优化策略（MOST）框架开发并评估在学校实施综合性参与式干预模式的可行性与有效性，以提升中国多民族地区人群对人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）疫苗的信心； （2）开展一项快速民族志评估，以探究影响多民族聚居区9 至15岁学生及其父母对人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）疫苗信心的潜在因素和关键变量； （3）在多民族聚居地区实施一项全面的以学校为基础的参与式干预模式，旨在增强目标人群对人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）疫苗信心，并提高其接种意愿。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To develop and assess the feasibility and effectiveness of implementing a school-based comprehensive participatory intervention model using the Multiphase Optimization Strategy (MOST) framework to increase Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine confidence in multi-ethnic areas in China; (2) To conduct a rapid ethnographic assessment to explore the underlying factors and key variables influencing HPV vaccine confidence among students aged 9-15, as well as their parents residing in multi-ethnic areas; (3) To implement a comprehensive school-based participatory intervention model aimed at strengthening HPV vaccine confidence and increasing vaccination willingness within the targeted population residing in multi-ethnic areas.

Inclusion criteria

Select a multi-ethnic border prefecture/city in Yunnan Province as the project site, targeting students aged 9 to 15 (grades 4, 5 and 6 of primary school and grades 1 and 2 of junior high school) and their parents
