研究目的：

本研究旨在全面、深入地分析西南地区护理人员变革疲劳的潜在表现、特征以及程度，明确影响护理人员变革疲劳的关键因素，为制定有效的干预策略提供科学依据。通过了解护理人员在变革过程中的心理反应和生理，以及这些反应与个人、组织和社会环境因素之间的关系，为护理管理者提供指导，优化变革管理流程，缓解护理人员的变革疲劳，提高护理质量和患者安全，促进西南地区护理事业的可持续发展。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to comprehensively and thoroughly analyze the potential manifestations, characteristics, and extent of change fatigue among nursing staff in the southwestern region, identify key factors influencing change fatigue, and provide a scientific basis for developing effective intervention strategies. By understanding the psychological and physiological responses of nursing staff during the change process, as well as the relationship between these responses and personal, organizational, and social environmental factors, the study seeks to offer guidance for nursing administrators. The goal is to optimize change management processes, alleviate change fatigue among nursing staff, improve the quality of care and patient safety, and promote the sustainable development of the nursing profession in the southwestern region.
