研究目的：

1)构建深度学习生成模型:基于国内人群肝脏 CT 平扫数据，开发并优化模型，实现从平扫图像精准生成动脉期、门静脉期增强图像，解决现有模型对肝 脏解剖结构适配性差、泛化性不足的问题； 2)保障生成图像诊断价值:验证生成增强图像与真实增强图像的一致性，确保其在病灶检出、定性等方面达到临床诊断标准，为后续诊断提供可靠影像依据； 3)规避造影剂相关风险:通过无造影剂的增强图像生成技术，扩大肝脏 CT 检查适用范围，满足造影剂过敏、肾功能不全等特殊人群的检查需求。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Build a deep learning generative model: Based on the plain CT scan data of the liver in the domestic population, develop and optimize the model to accurately generate enhanced images of the arterial phase and portal vein phase from plain scan images, solving the problems of poor adaptability and insufficient generalization of existing models to the anatomical structure of the liver. 2) Ensure the diagnostic value of generated images: Verify the consistency between the generated enhanced images and the real enhanced images to ensure that they meet the clinical diagnostic standards in terms of lesion detection and qualitative analysis, providing reliable imaging basis for subsequent diagnosis; 3) Avoid risks related to contrast agents: By using contrast-free enhanced image generation technology, expand the application scope of liver CT examinations to meet the examination needs of special groups such as those allergic to contrast agents and those with renal insufficiency.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄>=18 岁; 2.患者在 CT 检查前无肝切除术、经动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)、射频消融(RFA) 病史; 3.恶性肿瘤经病理证实; 4.良性病灶需满足以下任一条件:(1)由 3 名放射科医师共同诊断确认;(2) 通过两种影像学检查方式随访至少 6 个月证实。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patient is aged 18 years or older; 2. Patient has no history of liver resection, transarterial chemoembolization (TACE), or radiofrequency ablation (RFA) prior to CT examination; 3. Malignant tumors are confirmed by pathology; 4. Benign lesions must meet at least one of the following conditions: (1) jointly diagnosed and confirmed by three radiologists; (2) confirmed through follow-up with at least two imaging modalities for a minimum of 6 months.

排除标准：

1.影像质量不佳; 2.曾接受手术治疗; 3.目标检测框与病灶不匹配; 4.缺少 CT 平扫或动脉期或门静脉期图像; 5.CT 图像和增强图像不能匹配。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor image quality; 2. Previously underwent surgical treatment; 3. Target detection box does not match the lesion; 4. Missing CT plain scan or arterial phase or portal venous phase images; 5. CT images and enhanced images do not match.

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

首先是真实扫描形成的增强CT图像； 其次是慢性肝病类型最终确定： 肝细胞癌、肝内胆管细胞癌等恶性疾病经病理证实； 良性病灶需满足以下任一条件：(1)由 3 名放射科医师共同诊断确认；(2)通过两种影像学检查方式随访至少 6 个月证实。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Enhanced CT images formed by real scanning; Determination of chronic liver disease types Malignant diseases such as hepatocellular carcinoma and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma have been pathologically confirmed; A benign lesion must meet at least one of the following conditions: (1) confirmed diagnosis by three radiologists; (2) confirmed through follow-up of at least six months using two different imaging methods.
