研究目的：

促进早期活动在ICU机械通气患者中的应用，改善ICU机械通气患者的预后，提高其生存质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Promote the application of early activity in ICU mechanically ventilated patients, improve the prognosis of ICU mechanically ventilated patients, and improve their quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ICU机械通气的患者； 2.年龄＞＝18岁； 3.血流动力学和呼吸功能稳定（机械通气＞24h）； 4.没有严重的视觉或听觉障碍； 5.意识清醒，配合研究； 6.知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU; 2.Age>=18 years old; 3.Hemodynamics and respiratory function were stable (mechanical ventilation >24h); 4. No severe visual or hearing impairment; 5.be conscious and cooperate with research; 6.Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.GCS评分＜＝5 分； 2.有认知功能、视听觉功能障碍； 3.骨科不能搬动或移动的患者； 4.二次插管或二次入ICU； 5.院外已接受有创机械通气＞＝48h； 6.不可好转的疾病，预计6个月死亡率 ＞＝50%； 7.重度心力衰竭、需要使用静脉升压药或高血压未得到控制等血流动力学不稳定患者； 8.肺栓塞、深静脉血栓等需要制动患者，血液系统疾病患者； 9.四肢残缺，椎体骨折或不稳定多发骨折等外伤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.GCS score <=5 points; 2.Have cognitive function, visual and auditory dysfunction; 3. Patients whose orthopedics cannot be moved or moved; 4.Second intubation or second admission to ICU; 5. Outside the hospital has received invasive mechanical ventilation>=48h; 6.For diseases that cannot be improved, the mortality rate within 6 months is expected to be>=50%; 7.Hemodynamically unstable patients with severe heart failure, need to use intravenous pressors or uncontrolled hypertension; 8.Pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis and other patients who need to stop, patients with blood system diseases; 9.Patients with injuries such as limb mutilation, vertebral fractures or unstable multiple fractures.
