研究目的：

本研究拟整合电磁刺激（tDCS联合rTMS）与情景互动康复训练，构建多模态干预方案，评估其对PD患者运动功能的作用，以期为后续临床实践提供一定参考，最终使广大PD患者受益。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to integrate electromagnetic stimulation (tDCS combined with rTMS) and situational interactive rehabilitation training, construct a multimodal intervention program, and evaluate its effect on motor function in Parkinson's disease patients, in order to provide a certain reference for subsequent clinical practice, and ultimately benefit the majority of Parkinson's disease patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断符合《中国帕金森病的诊断标准(2016版)》标准； 2.H-Y分<=3级; 3.生命体征平稳； 4.无人搀扶和不使用拐杖的情况下可独立安全行走，可独立完成起立、坐、站动作; 5.同意进行系统的运动功能评价，能够理解治疗师或仪器指令，并能完成所要求的动作； 6.同意参加本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis meets the standards of the "Chinese Parkinson's Disease Diagnostic Criteria (2016 edition)"; 2. H-Y stage ≤ 3; 3. Vital signs are stable; 4. Able to walk independently and safely without assistance or the use of a cane, and can independently perform standing up, sitting, and standing movements; 5. Agree to undergo systematic motor function assessment, able to understand instructions from the therapist or device, and can complete the required movements; 6. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.有继发性帕金森病综合征和帕金森病叠加综合征者； 2.其他严重躯体性疾病或精神疾病者； 3.颅内放置金属内置物者； 4.使用植入性电子装置； 5.合并肿瘤性疾病； 6.曾有癫痫发作史者； 7.合并颅内其他器质性疾病； 8.头颅手术史或颅内压明显增高； 9.有出血倾向； 10.刺激部位局部皮肤损伤或炎症或痛觉过敏患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with secondary Parkinson's syndrome or overlapping Parkinson's syndrome; 2. Those with other severe physical or mental illnesses; 3. Individuals with metal implants in the skull; 4. Those using implanted electronic devices; 5. Individuals with concurrent tumor diseases; 6. Those with a history of epileptic seizures; 7. Individuals with other intracranial organic diseases; 8. Those with a history of cranial surgery or significantly increased intracranial pressure; 9. Individuals prone to bleeding; 10. Patients with local skin damage, inflammation, or hyperesthesia at the stimulation site.
