本研究旨在探索构建一套科学、系统且实用的基于吞咽功能评估的干预策略体系，并验证其在预防老年神经退行性疾病患者吸入性肺炎方面的有效性，为老年神经退行性疾病临床管理提供新的角度和方向，为改善老年患者的生活质量、降低医疗成本及推动相关学科发展提供有力支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore and establish a scientific, systematic, and practical intervention strategy system based on swallowing function assessment, verify its effectiveness in preventing aspiration pneumonia in elderly patients with neurodegenerative diseases, provide a new perspective and direction for the clinical management of elderly neurodegenerative diseases, and offer strong support for improving the quality of life of elderly patients, reducing medical costs, and promoting the development of related disciplines.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁；
2.依据诊断标准确诊为老年神经退行性疾病，如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、路易体痴呆、额颞叶痴呆、亨廷顿病、多发性硬化症等；
3.存在不同程度的吞咽功能障碍或经初步筛查有吞咽功能异常风险；
4.患者或其家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged >= 60 years old; 2.Diagnosed with senile neurodegenerative diseases in accordance with diagnostic criteria, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, dementia with Lewy bodies, frontotemporal dementia, Huntington's disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.; 3.Having swallowing dysfunction of varying degrees or being at risk of abnormal swallowing function after preliminary screening; 4.The patient or their family members signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并严重的心肺功能衰竭、肝肾功能不全等危及生命的疾病；
2.近期有口腔、咽喉部手术史或急性感染；
3.存在精神障碍无法配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Complicated with life-threatening diseases such as severe cardiopulmonary failure and hepatic-renal insufficiency;
2.Recent history of oral or pharyngeal surgery, or acute infection in these areas;
3.Presence of mental disorders that prevent cooperation with researchers.
