研究目的：

第一，识别并验证宫颈癌与正常人群的炎症反应相关的差异基因。 第二，揭示炎症指标、凝血指标、宫颈病变三者的关联及作用机制。 第三，确定血液中与宫颈癌发生发展强相关的某种细胞，并进行实验验证。  

Objectives of Study：

First, identify and verify differential genes associated with inflammatory responses between cervical cancer and normal populations. Second, reveal the correlation and mechanism of inflammation index, coagulation index and cervical lesions. Third, identify certain cells in the blood that are strongly correlated with the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, and conduct experimental verification.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 于深圳市妇幼保健院就诊的16-100岁的女性； 2. 于深圳市妇幼保健院进行手术，切除子宫或宫颈组织； 3. 进行了血液常规检查； 4. 病例资料完整的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Women aged 16-100 who were admitted to Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital; 2. Surgical resection of uterine or cervical tissue in Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital; 3. Routine blood tests were conducted; 4. Patients with complete case data.

排除标准：

1. 血液病患者； 2. 子宫内膜异位症患者； 3. 子宫腺肌病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hematological disorders. 2. Patients with endometriosis. 3. Patients with adenomyosis.
