研究目的：

探究不同经颅交流电刺激方案对脑卒中患者康复的临床作用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigating the clinical efficacy of different transcranial alternating current stimulation protocols on the rehabilitation of stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 40-80 岁； 2.经 CT 或 MRI 确诊为首次单侧缺血性或出血性脑卒中； 3.患病时间为急性期和亚急性期； 4.蒙特利尔认知评估量表MoCA大于等于 26 分； 5.伴有不同程度单侧上肢运动功能障碍； 6.签署实验知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 40–80 years; 2. Diagnosed via CT or MRI as a first-time unilateral ischaemic or haemorrhagic stroke; 3. Disease stage: acute or subacute phase; 4. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score ≥26; 5. Presenting with varying degrees of unilateral upper limb motor impairment; 6. Signed informed consent for the trial.

排除标准：

1.累及双侧大脑半球、脑干或小脑卒中的病例； 2.起搏器或颅内有金属植入物。 3.患有精神类疾病或病史； 4.患有多器官损伤； 5.患有卒中后抑郁症； 6.患有癫痫病史、有脑神经外科或脑外伤史； 7.依从性差，无法配合完成试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cases involving bilateral cerebral hemispheres, brainstem, or cerebellar stroke; 2. Presence of pacemakers or intracranial metallic implants. 3. Individuals with psychiatric disorders or a history thereof; 4. Those with multiple organ injuries; 5. Patients experiencing post-stroke depression; 6. Individuals with a history of epilepsy, neurosurgical procedures, or traumatic brain injury; 7. Subjects with poor compliance who are unable to complete the trial.
