研究目的：

探究基于红外热成像仪超声引导下星状神经节阻滞是否能提高悬雍垂腭咽成形术术后患者短期的恢复质量  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block based on infrared thermography can improve the short-term recovery quality of patients after uvulopalatopharyngoplasty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期于8:00-12:00行全身麻醉下悬雍垂腭咽成形术患者 2.年龄18-60周岁 3.ASA分级I-III级 4.患者签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients scheduled to undergo uvulopalatopharyngoplasty under general anesthesia between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM; 2.Age 28-57 years old; 3.ASA I-III grade; 4.Informed consent was obtained from the patient.

排除标准：

1、BMI＞35kg/m2或＜18kg/m2者； 2、孕妇和哺乳期女性； 3、对研究药物过敏者； 4、合并严重心肺功能不全、严重肝肾功能不全、既往存在疼痛综合征的患者； 5、阿片类药物依赖、长期服用镇痛药物的患者； 6、存在星状神经节阻滞禁忌症的患者； 7、患有严重精神疾病，无法进行沟通交流的患者； 8 、凝血功能障碍或使用抗凝药物； 9、参加其他试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. BMI > 35kg/m2 or < 18kg/m2; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients who were allergic to the study drugs; 4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and previous pain syndrome; 5. Patients with opioid dependence and long-term use of analgesics; 6. Patients with contraindications to stellate ganglion block; 7. Patients with severe mental illness, unable to communicate; 8. Coagulation dysfunction or use of anticoagulant drugs; 9. Patients enrolled in other trials.
