本研究的目的是通过回顾收集本中心诊断的CTD-ILD/IPAF患者的临床特征、治疗方案、检验检查等数据，评估影响其治疗收益的与风险的相关因素，比较目前临床采用的治疗方案的差异。

纳入标准：

1.确诊CTD-ILD/IPAF；
2.规范接受治疗≥6月，临床资料完整；
3.豁免知情同意书；
4.年龄≥18 岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.diagnosed CTD-ILD/IPAF; 2.Standardized treatment >= 6 months, complete clinical data; 3.Exemptions from informed consent; 4.Age >= 18 years;

排除标准：

1.治疗前合并肺部恶性肿瘤、肺移植、肺部手术；
2.合并严重心血管疾病患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.lung transplantation, lung surgery before standardized treatment;
2.Combined lung cancer, severe cardiovascular disease;

数据采集： 基线资料（开始治疗前）： 基本临床信息：年龄（开始治疗年龄）、性别、身高、体重、吸烟史 临床表现：技工手、gotton征、雷诺现象等 检验指标：肝功能、血常规、炎症指标、风湿相关抗体 检查：肺功能（FVC绝对值，DLCO绝对值，FVC占预计值%，DLCO占预计值%）；HRCT评分；ILD-GAP评分 治疗方案：药物名称、给药剂量、给药频率 随访资料（大于等于6个月）： 临床表现：技工手、gotton征、雷诺现象等 检验指标：肝功能、血常规、炎症指标 检查指标：肺功能（FVC绝对值，DLCO绝对值，FVC占预计值%，DLCO占预计值%），HRCT评分 其他：临床就诊次数、因感染就诊次数、治疗方案（药物名称、给药剂量、给药频率、药物调整时间、调整原因）

Baseline information (before starting treatment): Basic clinical characteristic: age (age at start of treatment), gender, height, weight, smoking history clinical characteristic: mechanic's hand, gotton, Raynaud's phenomenon, etc. Tests: liver function, blood tests, inflammation indicators, rheumatism-related antibodies Examinations: Lung function (FVC absolute value, DLCO absolute value, FVC as % of expected value, DLCO as % of expected value); HRCT score; ILD-GAP score Therapeutic regimen: drug name, dose administered, frequency of administration Follow-up information ( 6 months): Clinical manifestations: mechanic's hand, gotton's sign, Raynaud's phenomenon, etc. Tests: liver function, blood routine, inflammation indicators Examiniations: lung function (absolute FVC, absolute DLCO, FVC as % of expected value, DLCO as % of expected value), HRCT score Others: number of clinical visits, number of visits due to infection, treatment regimen (name of drug, dose administered, frequency of administration, time of drug adjustment, reason for adjustment)
