研究目的：

通过采用前瞻性横断面调查开展本项观察性研究，在国内多家医院开展多中心、大样本信息调查与人群样本采集，旨在了解幽门螺杆菌异质性耐药率及其特征和分布情况，为异质性耐药的流行特征及抗菌药物合理应用提供科学依据。同时，开展异质性耐药特征与H. pylori感染性胃部疾病的发生发展及根除清除效果间的相关性分析，对于制定合理的多联抗菌药物治疗方案和个体化诊疗流程具有重要的临床指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This observational study was conducted through a prospective cross-sectional investigation, multi-center, large-sample information survey and population sample collection in a number of hospitals in China, aiming to understand the heterogeneous drug resistance rate of H. pylori, its characteristics and distribution, and provide scientific basis for the epidemic characteristics of heterogeneous drug resistance and rational use of antibiotics. At the same time, the correlation analysis between heterogeneous drug resistance characteristics and the occurrence, development and eradication effect of H. pylori infectious stomach diseases has important clinical guiding significance for the formulation of rational multi-antibiotic therapy and individualized diagnosis and treatment process.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75岁； 2.在任何研究程序开始前，自愿签署伦理委员会批准的书面知情同意书，同意参加本研究的成人受试者； 3.能够理解并遵守方案要求，并同意参加所有研究访视的受试者； 4.幽门螺杆菌感染状态为现症感染，即C13或C14尿素呼气试验阳性； 5.有意愿在该中心进行胃镜检查和胃组织幽门螺杆菌分离培养与药敏试验检查并实施抗生素药物根除治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-75 years; 2. Adult subjects who voluntarily sign a written informed consent form approved by the ethics committee before any study procedures begin, agreeing to participate in this study; 3. Subjects who are able to understand and comply with the protocol requirements and agree to attend all study visits; 4. Current Helicobacter pylori infection, indicated by a positive C13 or C14 urea breath test; 5. Patients willing to undergo endoscopy at the center, have gastric tissue tested for H. pylori isolation and antibiotic susceptibility testing, and receive eradication therapy with antibiotics.

排除标准：

1.年龄在18-75岁范围之外； 2.不愿意或不适合进行胃镜检查（依据胃镜检查指证）； 3.不愿意接受胃镜下胃组织取材并进行幽门螺杆菌分离培养与药敏试验检查者； 4.胃切除术或不可治愈的恶性肿瘤病史； 5.孕妇、哺乳期妇女或严重并发疾病； 6.不能或不愿意签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age outside the range of 18-75 years; 2. Unwilling or unsuitable to undergo gastroscopy (based on gastroscopy indications); 3. Unwilling to undergo gastric tissue sampling under gastroscopy and undergo Helicobacter pylori culture and drug susceptibility testing; 4. History of gastrectomy or incurable malignant tumors; 5. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, or those with serious comorbidities; 6. Unable or unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
