研究目的：

1. 主要目的：采用随机对照试验设计探究限时进食联合营养干预对胖型MASLD人群肝脏脂肪含量的影响。 2. 次要目的：通过过干预过程中及干预前后，连续血糖检测得到的血糖情况、体重、身体成分、肝脏和磁、代谢指标、宏基因组等指标的动态监测，评估整体限时进食及营养干预对脂肪肝等相关代谢指标的影响，深入解析其中的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of time-restricted eating plus nutritional intervention on liver fat content in patients with MASLD and overweight/obesity using a randomized controlled trial design. 2. Secondary Objectives: Evaluate the impact of the combined time-restricted eating and nutritional intervention on fatty liver disease and related metabolic outcomes by analyzing dynamic changes in continuous glucose metrics, body weight, body composition, metabolic parameters, and gut metagenomics. Additionally, investigate the underlying mechanisms using multi-omics analyses, such as metagenomic, transcriptomic, or single-cell sequencing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄20-60岁； （2）24 kg/m2≤BMI≤40 kg/m2； （3）现患脂肪肝（经MRI-PDFF证实肝脂肪≥5%）；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 20-60 years; (2) BMI between 24 kg/m2 and 40 kg/m2; (3) Diagnosis of fatty liver (confirmed by MRI-PDFF with hepatic fat fraction ≥5%);

排除标准：

（1）合并其他慢性肝病（如乙型或丙型肝炎、自身免疫性肝炎、慢性胆汁淤积性肝病）或正在使用潜在肝毒性药物（如他莫昔芬、甲氨蝶呤、丙戊酸、全身性糖皮质激素）；（2）患有严重的心、脑、肾疾病或肝硬化；（3）有进食障碍史或近期体重波动巨大；（4）正处于怀孕、哺乳期或计划在未来半年内怀孕；（5）正在参加一个减肥或体重管理项目；（6）有幽闭恐惧症或植入医疗设备（如心脏起搏器、异物和具有铁磁特性的设备），无法做磁共振检查

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Concurrent with other chronic liver diseases (e.g., hepatitis B or C, autoimmune hepatitis, chronic cholestatic liver disease) or use of medications with potential hepatotoxicity (such as tamoxifen, methotrexate, valproic acid, systemic corticosteroids); (2) Presence of severe cardiac, cerebral, or renal diseases, or liver cirrhosis; (3) History of eating disorders or significant recent weight fluctuations; (4) Currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within the next six months; (5) Currently participating in a weight loss or weight management program; (6) Suffering from claustrophobia or having implanted medical devices (e.g., cardiac pacemakers, metallic implants, or devices with ferromagnetic properties) that preclude magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination.

Complete randomization: Randomization was performed on a computer with the use of statistical software packages by biostatisticians who were not involved in the trial data management or statistical analyses. With 20 random codes generated by randomization method, subjects with odd numbers were divided into group A and those with even numbers into group B.
