研究目的：

本研究通过是否采用ReGeneraTing Agents (RGTA?)治疗应用于皮片供皮区的患者进行分组，比较两组患者术区的瘢痕长度、宽度及瘢痕评估量表评分，评价皮片移植术中应用ReGeneraTing Agents (RGTA?)对皮片供皮区术后愈合的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients were grouped by whether ReGeneraTing Agents (RGTA?) treatment was used in the donor skin area of the skin graft. The scar length, width and scar assessment scale score of the surgical area of the two groups of patients were compared. To evaluate the effect of applying ReGeneraTing Agents (RGTA?) during skin graft transplantation on postoperative healing of the skin graft donor area.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.前臂游离皮瓣转移修复术中采用电动取皮刀进行腹部取皮的患者； 2. 患者及家属接受治疗及相关风险，且能够定期随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing free forearm flap transfer reconstruction where an electric skin harvesting device is employed for abdominal skin harvesting; 2. Patients and their families who accept the treatment and associated risks, and are able to attend regular follow-up appointments.

排除标准：

1.患者合并严重的系统疾病及精神障碍； 2.皮肤用药过敏史； 3.炎症反应及感染患者； 4.凝血功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has severe systemic diseases and mental disorders. 2. History of skin medication allergy; 3. Patients with inflammatory responses and infections; 4. Coagulation dysfunction.
