研究目的：

通过脑电图技术、核磁共振成像技术、近红外技术，观察脑卒中后失语症患者与脑卒中后非失语症患者以及健康受试者之间的大脑电生理活动差异、语言相关脑区之间的结构和功能差异，以及大脑血流动力学差异，这些异常可能是脑卒中失语症患者的潜在神经标志物。此外，结合相关量表对脑卒中后失语症患者语言功能、日常交流及生活活动能力、沟通效率等能力的评估，探索脑卒中后失语症患者语言功能的损伤表现分别与脑区电生理活动改变、局部脑区激活情况、脑网络连接改变、大脑血流动力学改变的相关性，为脑卒中后失语症患者的临床治疗提供理论支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Through EEG technology, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging technology, and near-infrared technology, the differences in brain electrophysiological activity, structural and functional differences between language-related brain regions, and cerebral hemodynamics between patients with post-stroke aphasia and non-aphasia patients after stroke and healthy subjects were observed. Differences, these abnormalities may be potential neural markers for stroke patients with aphasia. In addition, combined with the assessment of language function, daily communication and life activity ability, communication efficiency and other abilities of patients with aphasia after stroke by relevant scales, the correlation between the damage of language function in patients with aphasia after stroke and the changes of electrophysiological activity in brain regions, the activation of local brain regions, the changes of brain network connection and the changes of cerebral hemodynamics was explored, so as to provide theoretical support for the clinical treatment of patients with aphasia after stroke.

纳入标准：

1: 脑卒中后失语症被试的纳入标准 （1）符合《中国脑血管病临床管理指南—缺血性脑血管病临床管理》中“脑卒中”的诊断要点，且经颅脑 CT 或 MRI 检查证实，属左侧大脑半球脑梗死或脑出血，且为首次脑卒中； （2）首次脑卒中，病程＞2周； （3）18岁≤年龄≤80岁； （4）由左侧大脑半球脑梗死或脑出血所导致，西方失语症成套测试（Western Aphasia Battery，WAB）评估为失语症，即失语商（Aphasia Quotient，AQ）＜93.8 分； （5）右利手； （6）自愿签署知情同意书，能理解、配合本课题的康复评定及检查。 2: 脑卒中后非失语症被试的纳入标准 （1）符合《中国脑血管病临床管理指南—缺血性脑血管病临床管理》中“脑卒中”的诊断要点，且经颅脑 CT 或 MRI 检查证实，属左侧大脑半球脑梗死或脑出血，且为首次脑卒中； （2）首次脑卒中，病程＞2周； （3）与上述脑卒中后失语症被试的性别、年龄、受教育年限相匹配； （4）由左侧大脑半球脑梗死或脑出血所导致，西方失语症成套测试（Western Aphasia Battery，WAB）评估为无失语，即失语商（Aphasia Quotient，AQ）≥93.8 分； （5）右利手； （6）自愿签署知情同意书，能理解、配合本课题的康复评定及检查。 3: 与上述脑卒中后失语症被试的性别、年龄、受教育年限相匹配，且自愿签署知情同意书，能理解、配合本课题的康复评定及检查的健康受试者。

Inclusion criteria

1 : The inclusion criteria of subjects with aphasia after stroke ( 1 ) In line with the diagnostic points of ' stroke ' in the ' Chinese Clinical Management Guidelines for Cerebrovascular Diseases-Clinical Management of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Diseases ', and confirmed by brain CT or MRI examination, it belongs to the left cerebral hemisphere cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, and is the first stroke ; ( 2 ) First stroke, course of disease > 2 weeks ; ( 3 ) 18 <= age <= 80 years old ; ( 4 ) caused by cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage in the left cerebral hemisphere, the Western Aphasia Battery ( WAB ) was evaluated as aphasia, that is, Aphasia Quotient ( AQ ) < 93.8 ; ( 5 ) Right handedness ; ( 6 ) Voluntary signed informed consent, can understand and cooperate with the subject of rehabilitation assessment and inspection. 2 : The inclusion criteria of non-aphasia subjects after stroke ( 1 ) In line with the diagnostic points of ' stroke ' in the ' Chinese Clinical Management Guidelines for Cerebrovascular Diseases-Clinical Management of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Diseases ', and confirmed by brain CT or MRI examination, it belongs to the left cerebral hemisphere cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, and is the first stroke ; ( 2 ) First stroke, course of disease > 2 weeks ; ( 3 ) To match the gender, age and years of education of the above-mentioned post-stroke aphasia subjects ; ( 4 ) caused by cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage in the left cerebral hemisphere, the Western Aphasia Battery ( WAB ) was evaluated as no aphasia, that is, Aphasia Quotient ( AQ ) >= 93.8 ; ( 5 ) Right handedness ; ( 6 ) Voluntary signed informed consent, can understand and cooperate with the subject of rehabilitation assessment and inspection. 3 : Healthy subjects who matched the gender, age, and years of education of the above-mentioned post-stroke aphasia subjects, and voluntarily signed informed consent to understand and cooperate with the rehabilitation assessment and examination of this subject.

排除标准：

1: 脑卒中后失语症被试的排除标准 (1)由其它疾病比如脑肿瘤、脑外伤、脑寄生虫病等引起的失语者； (2)构音障碍等周围器官所致言语障碍及认知障碍无法配合语言功能检查； (3)存在严重的听觉或视觉功能障碍的失语患者； (4)存在卒中后严重并发症，比如严重肺部感染、肩手综合征等患者； (5)患有严重心脏疾病，心、肝、肾功能衰竭，恶性肿瘤、消化道出血的患者； (6)癫痫症病史者； (7)核磁禁忌症（如金属假牙、金属植入物等）。 2: 脑卒中后非失语症被试的排除标准 (1)由其它疾病比如脑肿瘤、脑外伤、脑寄生虫病等引起的失语者； (2)构音障碍等周围器官所致言语障碍及认知障碍无法配合语言功能检查； (3)存在严重的听觉或视觉功能障碍的失语患者； (4)存在卒中后严重并发症，比如严重肺部感染、肩手综合征等患者； (5)患有严重心脏疾病，心、肝、肾功能衰竭，恶性肿瘤、消化道出血的患者； (6)癫痫症病史者； (7)核磁禁忌症（如金属假牙、金属植入物等）。 3: 核磁禁忌症（如金属假牙、金属植入物等）
