研究目的：

通过测定急性主动脉夹层患者血儿茶酚胺含量、炎性细胞因子浓度，研究儿茶酚胺与急性肺损伤和患者不良预后的关系  

Objectives of Study：

The plasma concentrations of catecholamines and inflammatory cytokines of acute aortic disection patients in clinic will be detected in the present research, and the relationship between them will be analyzed to determine whether catecholamines and inflammatory cytokines are associated with the outcomes, especially the development of acute lung injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄>18岁；
（2）符合诊断标准的急性主动脉夹层患者；慢性主动脉夹层患者；升主动脉瘤患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >=18 years old;
2. The patients with acute aortic disection or chronic aortic dissection or ascending aortic aneurysm.

排除标准：

（1）不愿意参加实验的患者；
（2）COPD等肺部基础疾病患者;
（3）合并冠心病、风湿性心脏瓣膜疾病、先心病的患者
（4）伴有儿茶酚胺升高的其他疾病患者（嗜铬细胞瘤、恶性肿瘤等）

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients do not want to participate in the experimental;
2. The patients with COPD or other lung diseases;
3. The patients with coronary heart disease or rheumatic heart disease or congenital heart disease;
4. The patients associated with other diseases increased catecholamines (pheochromocytoma, malignancy, etc.).
