研究目的：

精麻药品等物质滥用形成的渴求行为是药物成瘾的重要难题。当前以甲基苯丙胺为主的新型毒品滥用逐年增多，探索滥用人群血液中标志物对研究该病发病机制及预防评估具有重要意义。甲基苯丙胺成瘾所造成的生物学改变主要是体内标志物的变化，患者血液中标志物的改变能够鉴别患者的成瘾状况。关于甲基苯丙胺患者成瘾渴求和全方位标志物关联尚不是分清楚。因此，本项目通过成瘾渴求量表评估结合定量甲基苯丙胺吸食者血液中标志物如代谢物、蛋白水平等变化情况，一方面研究两者的关联性，另一方面建立标志物反映疾病的可能评估系统，预测成瘾渴求以及为其他精麻药品滥用程度提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The compulsive behavior resulting from the abuse of substances such as psychotropic drugs is a significant issue in drug addiction. Currently, the abuse of new types of drugs, mainly methamphetamine, is increasing year by year. Exploring the biomarkers in the blood of the abuse population is of great significance for studying the pathogenesis and prevention assessment of this disease. The biological changes caused by methamphetamine addiction mainly involve changes in biomarkers in the body. Changes in biomarkers in the blood of patients can distinguish their addiction status. The association between methamphetamine addiction craving and comprehensive biomarkers has not been clearly defined. Therefore, this project uses the addiction craving scale assessment combined with quantitative changes in biomarkers such as metabolites and protein levels in the blood of methamphetamine users. On the one hand, it studies the correlation between the two, and on the other hand, it establishes a possible assessment system for biomarkers reflecting the disease to predict addiction craving and provide theoretical basis for the abuse degree of other psychotropic drugs.

纳入标准：

1、健康研究参与者入选条件： （1）健康成年男性及未怀孕非哺乳期女性，年龄在 20-50 周岁之间，男性体重至少 50kg，女性体重至少 45kg。 （2）身体健康，无心、肝、肾、消化道、神经系统、精神异常及代谢性疾病史；无其他慢性病症史。 （3）试验前签署知情同意书，并对试验内容、过程及可能出现的不良反应充分了解，且能与研究者进行良好沟通。 2、甲基苯丙胺成瘾研究参与者入选条件： （1）在 7 天内吸食甲基苯丙胺净含量在 100mg 至 120mg 区间的参与者（保证样本的有效性），年龄在 20-50 周岁之间，男性体重至少 50kg，女性体重至少 45kg。 （2）在相关戒毒单位诊断符合 DSM-V（美国精神障碍诊断和统计手册：物质相关和成瘾障碍）中物质成瘾诊断标准，同时完成合规体检， 具有详细病例，无心、肝、肾、消化道、神经系统、精神异常及代谢性疾病史；无其他慢性病症史。 （3）试验前签署知情同意书，并对试验内容、过程及可能出现的不良反应充分了解，且能与研究者进行良好沟通。

Inclusion criteria

1.Eligibility criteria for participants in the health study: Healthy adult men and non-lactating women who are not pregnant, aged between 20 and 50 years old, with men weighing at least 50kg and women weighing at least 45kg. (2) Good health, with no history of liver, kidney, digestive tract, nervous system, mental disorders or metabolic diseases; There is no history of other chronic diseases. (3) Before the trial, sign the informed consent form, fully understand the content, process and possible adverse reactions of the trial, and be able to communicate well with the researcher. 2. Eligibility criteria for participants in the methamphetamine addiction study: Participants who inhaled methamphetamine with a net content of 100mg to 120mg within 7 days (ensuring the validity of the sample), aged between 20 and 50 years old, with a male weight of at least 50kg and a female weight of at least 45kg. (2) Be diagnosed in relevant drug rehabilitation units as meeting the substance addiction diagnostic criteria in DSM-V (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders: Substance Related and Addiction Disorders), and complete the compliance physical examination at the same time. Has detailed medical records, and has a history of heart, liver, kidney, digestive tract, nervous system, mental abnormalities and metabolic diseases. There is no history of other chronic diseases. (3) Before the trial, sign the informed consent form, fully understand the content, process and possible adverse reactions of the trial, and be able to communicate well with the researcher.

排除标准：

1.近期约 6 个月内计划手术； 2.有特定过敏史者（哮喘、麻疹、湿疹等），或过敏体质（如对两种或以上药物、食物和花粉过敏者）； 3.近期（6 个月）有生育计划，在研究期间不愿意接受避孕措施的； 4.健康研究参与者有精神药物滥用史；甲基苯丙胺成瘾研究参与者中有除甲基苯丙胺外其他精神药物滥用史； 5.人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体（HIV-Ab）、乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）或丙型肝炎病毒抗体（HCV-Ab）、梅毒螺旋体抗体（RPR）阳性； 6.既往有晕血、晕针，或采血困难； 7.研究参与者可能因为其他原因而不能完成本研究或其他经研究者判断不适合参加本项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Surgery is planned within approximately six months in the near future. 2. People with a specific history of allergies (such as asthma, measles, eczema, etc.), or those with allergic constitutions (such as those allergic to two or more drugs, foods, and pollen); 3. Those who have plans to have children in the near future (within 6 months) and are unwilling to accept contraceptive measures during the study period; 4. Participants in the health study have a history of psychotropic substance abuse; Participants in the methamphetamine addiction study had a history of abuse of psychotropic drugs other than methamphetamine. 5. Positive for human immunodeficiency virus antibody (HIV-Ab), hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), hepatitis C virus antibody (HCV-Ab), or Treponema pallidum antibody (RPR); 6. Previous experience of fainting at the sight of blood or needles, or difficulty in blood collection; 7. Research participants may be unable to complete this study for other reasons or may be deemed unsuitable to participate in this study by the researchers.
