研究目的：

探讨来医院门诊减重的患者中，观看美食视频的行为与饮食行为之间的关系，以及这些行为对减重效果的影响，为临床干预和健康教育提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the relationship between the behavior of watching food videos and dietary behavior among patients who come to the hospital outpatient department for weight loss, as well as the impact of these behaviors on weight loss outcomes, in order to provide a basis for clinical intervention and health education.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.已在门诊进行减重的患者； 2.年龄18-60岁； 3.愿意参与本研究并完成问卷调查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who have undergone weight loss in outpatient clinics; 2. Age range of 18-60 years old; 3. Willing to participate in this study and complete the questionnaire survey

排除标准：

1.无法理解或完成问卷者； 2.有严重的精神疾病或认知障碍，影响问卷完成； 3.研究者认为不宜参与本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who cannot understand or complete the questionnaire; 2. Have serious mental illness or cognitive impairment that affects the completion of the questionnaire; 3. Other situations that the researcher deems inappropriate to participate in this study.
