研究目的：

(1)研究巴氏灭菌酸奶中热灭活长双歧杆菌BBMN68对过敏性鼻炎的缓解作用。 (2)探究酸奶发酵中长双歧杆菌BBMN68添加的适宜剂量。 (3)探索热灭活长双歧杆菌BBMN68缓解过敏性鼻炎的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the efficacy of heat-inactivated Bifidobacterium longum BBMN68 in pasteurized yogurt in alleviating symptoms of allergic rhinitis. (2) To determine the optimal dosage of Bifidobacterium longum BBMN68 used in yogurt fermentation. (3) To explore the underlying mechanism by which heat-inactivated Bifidobacterium longum BBMN68 alleviates allergic rhinitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄18-65岁； (2) 未服用药物情况下临床症状打喷嚏、流清水样涕、鼻塞、鼻痒等症状出现≥2项，且症状每天持续≥1小时； (3) 持续鼻炎症状至少1年以上； (4) 皮肤点刺试验阳性（皮肤反应指数SI≥0.5）或血清学特异性IgE抗体阳性（≥ 0.35Ku/L），证明受试者对以下2种常见过敏原中至少1项阳性：屋尘螨（Dp）、粉尘螨（Df）； (5) 自愿参加本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18 to 65 years. (2) Presence of at least two of the following clinical symptoms for more than one hour daily without medication: sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, or nasal itching. (3) A history of persistent rhinitis for at least one year. (4) A positive skin prick test (Skin Index >= 0.5) or a positive serological specific IgE antibody test (>= 0.35 kU/L) to at least one of the following common allergens: House Dust Mite or Dermatophagoides farinae. (5) Willingness to participate in the trial and provision of signed informed consent.

排除标准：

(1) 诊断出患有除变应性鼻炎外其他变应性疾病（如：皮炎、哮喘）的患者； (2) 合并有上呼吸道感染或鼻窦炎或鼻腔内有息肉的患者； (3) 目前处于怀孕期、哺乳期或备孕期者； (4) 患有先天性免疫疾病； (5) 经常饮用乳酸菌乳制品以及牛奶过敏和乳糖不耐受的患者； (6) 在研究开始前1周内使用过抗组胺药或鼻喷糖皮质激素，或者在研究前3个月使用过口服糖皮质激素的患者； (7) 曾接受过免疫治疗的患者，或定期服用抗炎药的患者； (8) 3个月内接种过疫苗； (9) 其他临床医生认为不适合参加本试验者，以及参与其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Diagnosis of an allergic disease other than allergic rhinitis (e.g., atopic dermatitis, asthma). (2) Presence of comorbid upper respiratory tract infection, sinusitis, or nasal polyps. (3) Currently pregnant, lactating, or planning a pregnancy. (4) History of congenital immunodeficiency. (5) Regular consumption of probiotic supplements or lactobacillus-containing dairy products and known milk allergy or lactose intolerance. (6) Use of antihistamines or intranasal corticosteroids within one week prior to enrollment; or use of oral corticosteroids within three months prior to enrollment. (7) A history of allergen immunotherapy or regular use of anti-inflammatory drugs. (8) Having received any vaccination within the three months prior to enrollment. (9) Concurrent participation in another clinical trial and deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for the trial for any other reason.
