研究目的：

1.采用横断面调查方式，通过对全髋关节置换术后患者进行人口学因素、身体功能、运动恐惧状态及社会心理因素等方面的调查，能够揭示全髋关节置换术后患者身心健康现状，并初步阐述全髋关节置换术后患者运动恐惧的发生现状及其亚型分布情况，以完善 THA 相关的知识体系。 2.采用潜在剖面分析方法，深入探究全髋关节置换术后患者运动恐惧的不同潜在类别，明确其特征差异，改变以往仅以量表总分判定运动恐惧水平的单一模式，为个体化干预提供依据。 3.识别不同潜在类别患者的特点，为医护人员根据患者的具体情况制定针对性的护理对策和康复方案提供科学依据，提高护理质量和康复效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Employing a cross-sectional survey approach to investigate demographic factors, physical function, fear of movement, and psychosocial factors among total hip arthroplasty (THA) patients can reveal their current physical and mental health status. This study also provides preliminary insights into the prevalence of fear of movement among THA patients and its subtype distribution, thereby enhancing the knowledge base related to THA. 2. Employing latent profile analysis to delve into distinct latent categories of exercise phobia among total hip arthroplasty patients and delineate their characteristic differences. This approach shifts from the previous singular model of assessing exercise phobia solely through total scale scores, providing a basis for individualized interventions. 3. By identifying the characteristics of patients across different potential categories, it provides healthcare professionals with a scientific basis for developing targeted nursing strategies and rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's specific condition, thereby enhancing the quality of care and rehabilitation outcomes.

纳入标准：

1.首次行单侧 THA ； 2.具备正常的语言表达和沟通能力； 3.意识清晰，能够独立或在必要的指导下完成问卷； 4.自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. The first unilateral THA was performed; 2. Possess normal language expression and communication skills; 3. Clear consciousness, capable of completing the questionnaire independently or under necessary guidance; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.机体合并重大脏器功能障碍； 2.术后有严重并发症如术后感染、假体松动等； 3.合并精神性疾病、认知障碍； 4.正在参与其他临床试验的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. The body is combined with major organ dysfunction; 2. There are serious complications after the operation, such as postoperative infection and prosthesis loosening, etc. 3. Combined with mental disorders and cognitive impairments; 4. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials;
