评估并比较锟铻机器人辅助UKA与MAKO机器人辅助UKA术后患者的冠状面下肢力线参数(HKA角、JLO角),分析两者在恢复至患者术前CPAK分型所定义的原生对线特征方面的差异以及术后临床疗效的差异,为锟铻机器人技术在实现个体化、精准化UKA中的优势提供临床证据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
To evaluate and compare the coronal plane lower extremity alignment parameters (Hip-Knee-Ankle [HKA] angle, Joint Line Obliquity [JLO] angle) in patients after Kunwu robot-assisted unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) and MAKO robot-assisted UKA, analyze the differences between the two approaches in restoring the native alignment characteristics defined by patients' preoperative Coronal Plane Alignment of the Knee (CPAK) classification and the differences in postoperative clinical efficacy, and provide clinical evidence for the advantages of Kunwu robot technology in achieving individualized and precise UKA. |

1.2023年4月至2024年7月在我科行机器人辅助膝关节单髁置换术的患者 2. 患者有自主行为能力,愿意遵从研究指导并完成要求的所有随访,并签署同意书。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1.Patients who underwent robot-assisted unicompartmental knee arthroplasty in our department from April 2023 to July 2024 2. The patient has the ability to act independently, is willing to follow the research guidelines and complete all the required follow-ups, and signs the consent form. |

排除标准: |
1.外侧间室单髁置换术 2.缺乏术前和术后的下肢全长片 3.非使用MAKO机器人和锟铻机器人进行手术的患者 4.年龄>=80周岁的患者 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1.Lateral interventricular unicompartmental knee replacement surgery 2. There is a lack of full-length films of the lower extremities before and after the operation 3. Patients who did not undergo surgery using the MAKO robot and the kun robot 4. Patients aged 80 or above |
