探讨由内分泌科医护主导的全院血糖管理模式在骨科围手术期糖尿病人的管理效果  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to investigate the management effects of a hospital-wide blood glucose management model, led by endocrinology physicians and nurses, on orthopedic patients during the perioperative period.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄18-75岁； 2、根据1999年WHO标准确诊糖尿病患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18 to 75 years; 2. Diagnosis of diabetes mellitus in accordance with the WHO standards established in 1999.

排除标准：

1、严重的糖尿病并发症：糖尿病酮症酸中毒或糖尿病高血糖高渗性昏迷、乳酸性酸中毒； 2、中重度充血性心力衰竭(NYHAⅢ级或Ⅳ级)。 3、血液系统疾病如血小板减少性紫癜、血友病等病史； 4、中枢神经系统(如癫痫等)等疾病病史； 5、精神疾病如精神分裂症的患者。 6、妊娠或者哺乳。 7、住院期间使用激素治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of severe diabetic complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperglycemic hyperosmolar coma, as well as lactic acidosis; 2. Moderate to severe congestive heart failure (NYHA classification III or IV); 3. A history of hematological disorders including thrombocytopenic purpura or hemophilia; 4. A history of central nervous system diseases (e.g., epilepsy); 5. Patients diagnosed with mental disorders such as schizophrenia; 6. Pregnancy or breastfeeding status. 7.Patients who receive hormone therapy during hospitalization.

This study is committed to the public sharing of de-identified individual participant data (IPD), which includes baseline characteristics of participants, intervention measures, and both primary and secondary outcome indicators. This data will be made available within six months following the official publication of the main research findings. All data will be shared via the ResMan platform (https://www.medresman.org) under an "application-based access" model. Researchers seeking access to this data must submit a detailed research plan and obtain ethical approval prior to gaining access. The data will undergo stringent anonymization processes; all direct identifiers (such as names, identification numbers, and hospital numbers) will be permanently removed, while key indirect identifiers (such as dates of birth) will be obscured to ensure compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law and relevant ethical standards.
