研究目的：

以NICU住院早产儿为研究人群，结合临床资料收集、16S rRNA测序技术、液质联用方法等研究手段，探究母乳源微生物和母乳低聚糖与 NICU住院早产儿肠道微生态构建的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Using hospitalized premature infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as the research population, this study integrates research methods including clinical data collection, 16S rRNA sequencing technology, and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), to investigate the relationship between human milk-derived microbiota, human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs), and the intestinal microecological establishment of hospitalized premature infants in the NICU.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

出生胎龄＜37周；无严重先天性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

Infants born at a gestational age of less than 37 weeks without severe congenital diseases.

排除标准：

住院时间＜7天；临床资料不全；家属不同意签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

Newborns who were discharged automatically with a hospitalization period of less than one week. Incomplete clinical data. Families who did not agree to participate and withdrew halfway.
