研究目的：

本研究将通过了解HIV感染者健康相关行为（如吸烟、饮酒、身体活动、膳食营养）、CVD认知及患病风险情况，制定患病风险警示和健康行为处方干预，指导HIV感染者规避危险因素，减少相关危险因素的暴露，降低其CVD患病风险，改善健康水平，提高生命质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explored the health-related behaviors (e.g., smoking, alcohol consumption, physical activity, dietary nutrition), CVD perceptions, and CVD risk among PLWH to develop risk warning and behavioral intervention to guide them in avoiding risk factors, reducing CVD risk, and enhancing quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18周岁及以上； 2.实验室检查艾滋病病毒抗体为阳性的确诊HIV感染者； 3.自愿作为受试对象，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. At least 18 years old; 2. Confirmed HIV-infected individuals whose laboratory tests for HIV antibodies are positive; 3. Voluntarily become a subject and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并严重肝功能衰竭及心血管、肺、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者； 2.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 3.艾滋病晚期患者； 4.年龄大于75周岁； 5.已患CVD。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe liver failure and serious primary diseases of the cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal and hematopoietic systems, as well as those with mental illness; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with advanced AIDS; 4. Be over 75 years old; 5. Already suffering from CVD.

针对干预组，根据患病风险评分结果，由医护人员告知HIV感染者其CVD患病风险，即风险警示；并进行降低CVD患病风险的健康行为教育，同时针对其风险行为因素进行个性化的健康行为强化干预。

For the intervention group, based on the results of the CVD risk score, PLWH were informed of their CVD risk by medical workers (i.e., risk warning); at the same time, behavioral intervention to reduce their CVD risk was implemented, and personalized behavioral reinforcement intervention was provided to decrease the risk behavioral factors of PLWH.
