研究目的：

本研究旨在阐明泸州市某三甲医院2017～2025年、按病种分值付费（DIP）政策实施前（2017.1.1—2020.12.31）、DIP付费政策实施后（2021.1.1—2024.12.31）的妇科卵巢恶性肿瘤手术患者住院费用的现状及费用变化趋势，探讨住院费用的总体情况及随时间的变化趋势，分析住院费用的具体构成比重及各费用项目之间的关联性，挖掘不同人口学特征和临床特征及DIP实施对住院费用影响分析。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to clarify the current situation and trends in hospitalization costs for gynecological ovarian malignant tumor surgery patients at a top-grade A hospital in Luzhou City from 2017 to 2025, before and after the implementation of the Diagnosis-Related Payment (DIP) policy (January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2020 and January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2024), discuss the overall situation and trends of hospitalization costs over time, analyze the specific composition and proportions of hospitalization costs, and the correlation between different cost items, and explore the impact of demographic and clinical characteristics as well as the implementation of DIP on hospitalization costs.

纳入标准：

（1）疾病诊断编码明确，根据国际疾病分类（ICD-10）编码，出院主要诊断编码为C56卵巢恶性肿瘤的病例； （2）病案信息完整； （3）病案信息为患者首次住院信息。

Inclusion criteria

(1)The disease diagnosis code is clear, and the case with the main diagnosis code of C56 ovarian malignant tumor, according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) coding; (2)The medical record information is complete; (3)The medical record information is the patient's first hospitalization information.

排除标准：

(1)实际住院天数≤1天或≥60天的患者； (2)病例数据有明显错误者（如各项费用相加与总费用不等的病例）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with an actual length of stay <=1 day or >=60 days; (2) Cases with obvious errors in the data (e.g., cases where the sum of individual expenses does not equal the total expense).
