研究目的：

1.从认知加工角度探索复吸机制，构建“负性情绪 → 注意偏向 → 复吸倾向”的路径机制，并检验工作记忆容量在该路径中的调节作用； 2.评估认知训练（工作记忆训练联合注意偏向矫正）干预对成瘾者负性情绪、注意偏向、工作记忆容量及渴求的改善作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To elucidate the cognitive mechanisms underlying relapse by establishing a pathway from negative affect to relapse propensity mediated by attention bias, and to test whether working memory capacity moderates this pathway; 2.To assess the therapeutic effects of a cognitive training intervention—integrating working memory training and attention bias modification—on negative affect, attentional processing biases, working memory capacity, and drug craving in methamphetamine use disorder.

纳入标准：

1.符合DSM-5甲基苯丙胺使用障碍诊断标准。 2.18–55岁，戒毒治疗时间至少半年。 3.半年内无复吸记录。 4.能理解实验内容并签署知情同意书。 5.男性

Inclusion criteria

1.Meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for Methamphetamine Use Disorder. 2.Aged 18–55 years, with at least six months of compulsory drug rehabilitation. 3.No relapse within the past six months. 4.Able to understand the study procedures and provide written informed consent. 5.Male.

排除标准：

1.有严重精神障碍（如精神分裂症）或精神病性症状。 2.当前使用可能干扰情绪或认知的药物（如抗抑郁药）。 3.不识字或不能熟练操作计算机。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of severe mental disorders (e.g., schizophrenia) or psychotic symptoms. 2.Current use of medications that may interfere with emotion or cognition (e.g., antidepressants). 3.Illiteracy or inability to operate a computer proficiently.

对照组接受戒毒所的常规戒毒治疗（TAU），包括但不限于：戒毒知识讲座、团体教育活动、常规运动训练、日常行为管理等。所有内容均由戒毒所按照其标准化流程实施，不包含额外的计算机化训练或个体认知训练任务。

Participants in the control group will receive the standard rehabilitation program routinely implemented in the compulsory drug rehabilitation center. This includes drug education lectures, group-based educational activities, routine physical exercise, and daily behavioral management. No additional computer-based or cognitive training procedures will be provided.

干预组在常规戒毒治疗基础上，额外接受为期4周的计算机化认知训练。本训练完全基于计算机界面，无侵入性、无药物成分，对参与者无生理风险。训练包括两部分：（1）工作记忆训练（WMT）：采用 N-back 等任务（2）基于情绪线索的注意偏向矫正（ABM）：采用点探测范式引导注意从负性情绪刺激中脱离。两部分均约25分钟,连续进行,期间休息十分钟,每次共计约一小时，一周两次，持续4周。（详见计划书）

Intervention：

The intervention group will receive an additional 4-week computerized cognitive training program on top of the standard rehabilitation treatment. The training is entirely computer-based, non-invasive, medication-free, and poses no physical risk to participants. It consists of two components: (1) Working Memory Training (WMT), using N-back–type tasks; and (2) Emotion-based Attention Bias Modification (ABM), using a dot-probe paradigm to guide attention away from negative emotional stimuli. Each component lasts approximately 25 minutes and is administered consecutively with a 10-minute break in between, resulting in a total session duration of about one hour. Training is conducted twice per week for 4 weeks. (See study protocol for details.)

IPD will not be shared. As the study involves individuals in compulsory drug rehabilitation, the data contain personal and sensitive information under judicial system regulations. According to institutional data security policies, individual-level raw data cannot be publicly disclosed.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集由研究人员使用病例记录表（CRF）进行，包括基本人口学信息、量表评分、行为任务反应等。所有数据录入经双人核对后存储于密码保护的计算机中，仅限研究团队授权成员访问。纸质资料存放于上锁文件柜中。数据管理遵循机构的数据安全与隐私保护规范，不上传至任何公共数据库。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be collected using case record forms (CRFs), including demographic information, questionnaire scores, and behavioral task performance. After double-checking, all data will be entered and stored in password-protected computers accessible only to authorized research team members. Paper documents will be kept in locked cabinets. Data management complies with institutional data security and privacy protection requirements, and no data will be uploaded to any public database.
