研究目的：

1.探討蔬果發酵液其對代謝症候群相關指標的影響，包括血糖調控、脂質代謝、胰島素敏感性及炎症反應等。 2.評估其可能的機制，如腸道菌群調節、發炎反應抑制及能量代謝改善，以進一步理解其作用機轉。 3.驗證其作為代謝症候群干預策略的潛力，並提供科學依據支持其應用於預防與管理代謝症候群的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the impact of fermented vegetable and fruit liquids on metabolic markers: This includes assessing changes in blood glucose, insulin sensitivity, cholesterol levels, and blood pressure among individuals with metabolic syndrome. 2. To investigate the potential role of fermented liquids in modulating gut microbiota: This objective aims to analyze the effect of fermented vegetable and fruit liquids on the diversity and abundance of gut bacteria associated with metabolic health. 3. To assess the effects of fermented vegetable and fruit liquids on inflammation: Investigating whether these fermented liquids can reduce systemic inflammation, a key factor in metabolic syndrome.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年齡20-65歲 1. 腹部肥胖：男性腰圍>=90公分，女性腰圍>=80公分。 2. 高血壓：收縮壓>=130mmHg/舒張壓>=85mmHg或正服用降壓藥者。 3. 高密度酯蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)：男性低於40mg/dl，女性低於50mg/dl。 4. 高血糖：空腹的血糖值大於>=100mg/dl或正服用降血糖藥物者。 5. 高三酸甘油酯>=150mg/dl。

Inclusion criteria

Age: 20-65 years old 1. Abdominal obesity: Waist circumference >= 90 cm for men and >= 80 cm for women. 2. Hypertension: systolic blood pressure >= 130 mmHg/diastolic blood pressure >= 85 mmHg or those who are taking antihypertensive drugs. 3. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C): less than 40 mg/dl for men and less than 50 mg/dl for women. 4. Hyperglycemia: fasting blood sugar level greater than >=100mg/dl or those who are taking hypoglycemic drugs. 5. High triglycerides >=150mg/dl.

排除标准：

1. 四肢殘缺，無法執行身體測量及抽血的個案。 2. 患有重大身體疾病，例如如肝硬化、腎衰竭、心臟衰竭、癌症及嚴重腦部疾病的個案。 3. 患有嚴重型精神疾病的個案。 4. 無法由口進食者的個案。 5. 孕婦。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cases where body measurements and blood draws cannot be performed due to limb loss. 2. Cases with serious physical illnesses, such as cirrhosis of the liver, kidney failure, heart failure, cancer and severe brain diseases. 3. Cases with severe mental illness. 4. Cases of people who are unable to eat by mouth. 5. Pregnant women.

蔬果發酵液 實驗期間，參與者服用了 30 毫升 Vitazyme 52蔬果發酵液 每日兩次，早餐和晚餐前，用5-8倍冷或溫水稀釋（不超過45℃）， 連續90天。
