研究目的：

（1）采用深度学习胸部CT影像分析技术构建CKD患者预后队列； （2）整合胸部CT影像学参数与临床变量的慢性肾病多模态预测模型开发。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Constructing a Prognostic Cohort of CKD Patients Using Deep Learning-Based Chest CT Imaging Analysis; (2) Development of a Multimodal CKD Prediction Model Integrating Chest CT Imaging Parameters and Clinical Variables.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-80岁； （2）15< eGFR < 60ml/min/1.73m2（CKD-EPI公式），或eGFR> 60ml/min/1.73m2伴有尿微量白蛋白/肌酐(UACR) >30mg/g或尿蛋白定性（+-4+）； (3) 上海市常住人口且入院前或后半年内接受过胸部CT检查。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients aged from 18 to 80 years old; (2) ascertained CKD as sustained reduction in 15< eGFR < 60 mL/min/1.73m2,or eGFR >60 mL/min/1.73m2 with urine albumin creatinine ratio (UACR) ≥ 30 mg/g or urine protein (+~4+); (3) Patients with permanent residence in Shanghai and unenhanced chest CT scans 6 months after/before the first admission.

排除标准：

（1）急性肾功能不全； （2）接受肾脏替代治疗患者或肾移植； （3）急性心肌梗死，或急性心衰竭，或NYHA IV级； （4）急性脑梗或脑出血； （5）严重感染的患者或尿路感染； （6）严重肺或肝功能衰竭，或已知的肝硬化； （7）严重甲亢、甲减； （8）多发性骨髓瘤或活动性恶性肿瘤； （9） 妊娠； （10）接受减重手术； （11）3月内接受免疫抑制剂治疗； （12）尿白蛋白肌酐比 (UACR) 无法获取。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) acute kidney injury; (2) received dialysis or renal transplantation; (3) acute myocardial infarction, acute heart failure or New York Heart Association class IV heart failure; (4) acute ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke; (5) severe infection or urinary tract infection; (6) severe pulmonary or liver failure, or known cirrhosis; (7) severe hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism; (8) multiple myeloma or other active malignant tumor; (9) pregnancy; (10) received bariatric surgery; (11) use immunosuppression within the past 3 months; (12) UACR is not available.
