Objectives of Study：

Explore the impact of hydrocodone on the quality of postoperative recovery in surgical patients with peritoneal infection leading to seps

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于等于18岁 2.因胃肠穿孔、梗阻等腹腔感染导致脓毒症并进行手术治疗，术后入ICU并进行机械通气的患者 3.满足镇痛和镇静治疗的适应证 4.ASA分级I-III级

Inclusion criteria

1. Age greater than or equal to 18 years; 2. Patients who developed sepsis due to gastrointestinal perforation,, and other intra-abdominal infections and were treated surgically, and then admitted to the ICU and mechanically ventilated postoperatively; 3. Patients who indications for analgesia and sedation therapy; 4. ASA grade I-III.

排除标准：

1.有精神类药物、酒精依赖史者 2.发病前严重心脑血管疾病、肾脏和肝脏疾病 3.入组前1周内使用其他镇静或镇痛药物干预 4.患有精神分裂症、癫痫、帕金森综合征、重症肌无力 5.对阿片类药物依赖、过敏，对研究药物存在禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of psychiatric drugs, alcohol dependence 2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, renal and hepatic diseases before onset 3. Use of other sedative or analgesic drugs within one week before enrollment 4. Schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's syndrome, myastheniavis 5. Dependence on opioids, allergies to opioids, contraindications to the study drug
