研究目的：

聚焦于骨关节炎患者骨与软骨硫代谢异常这一现象，结合多组学及体外实验等手段绘制OA患者骨与软骨硫代谢表达谱，阐明硫代谢紊乱在OA早期关节退变中的调控作用及机制，确立新的OA早期诊断标志物，针对关键靶点进行精准临床前干预，从而实现OA的早发现、早诊断、早治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

Focusing on abnormal sulfate metabolism in bone and cartilage of OA patients, and constructing expression profile of sulfate metabolism in bone and cartilage of OA patients by means of multi-omics methods and in vitro experiments, so as to clarify the regulatory role and mechanism of sulfur metabolism disorder in early joint degeneration of OA, establish new markers for early diagnosis of OA, and conduct precise preclinical interventions for key targets. Thus to conduct early detection, diagnosis and treatment of OA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.所有患者在常规临床检查中均根据标准化诊断为骨关节炎； 2.包括至少 6 个月的慢性髋、膝关节疼痛和僵硬； 3.站立前后膝关节 X 线片上存在Ⅱ级骨赘及以上者, 髋关节骨赘，关节间隙变窄。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients were diagnosed as osteoarthritis according to the standardized diagnosis in routine clinical examination (refer to the Chinese guideline for diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis ; 2. Chronic pain of hip and knee and stiffness for at least 6 months; 3. Patients with gradeⅡosteophytes on standing anteroposterior knee radiographs; osteophytes, joint space narrowing.

排除标准：

1. 既往膝、髋关节手术史、炎症性关节炎、结晶性关节炎、化脓性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎； 2. 磁共振成像禁忌症； 3. 严重全身系统性疾病（如糖尿病，甲状腺功能亢进，肾上腺功能发育不良，全身红斑狼疮、强直性脊柱炎等）

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of previous knee or hip surgery, inflammatory arthritis, crystal arthritis, septic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis; 2. Contraindications of magnetic resonance imaging; 3. Severe systemic diseases (such as diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism, adrenal hypoplasia, systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.)
