研究目的：

（1） 构建社区肌少症老年人的高强度间歇训练支持性干预方案。 （2） 探讨高强度间歇训练支持性干预方案的可行性和可接受性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Develop a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) supportive intervention program for community-dwelling older adults with sarcopenia. (2) Investigate the feasibility and acceptability of the HIIT supportive intervention program.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60 岁的社区老年人； （2）肌少症人群，采用2019年亚洲肌少症社区诊断标准： 1）小腿围：（男性<34cm,女性<33cm）； 2）肌肉力量下降：握力（男性＜28kg，女性＜18kg）或躯体功能下降：5次起坐时间＞12s或6米徒步速度＜1m/s； （3）具有智能手机/平板电脑使用经验或对其有一定的接受度； （4）知情同意，能够积极参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Community-dwelling older adults aged >=60 years; (2) Individuals with sarcopenia, diagnosed using the 2019 Asian Community-Based Sarcopenia Diagnostic Criteria: 1) Calf circumference: (men <34cm, women <33cm); 2) Reduced muscle strength: grip strength (men < 28 kg, women < 18 kg) or diminished physical function: 5-repetition sit-to-stand time > 12 seconds or 6-meter walk speed < 1 m/s; (3) Experience using smartphones/tablets or willingness to learn; (4) Informed consent and ability to actively participate in this study.

排除标准：

（1）有严重的运动禁忌症，如严重关节炎、骨折等; （2）合并精神疾病; （3）患有严重疾病或慢性病急性加重。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe contraindications to exercise, such as severe arthritis or fractures; (2) Coexisting mental disorders; (3) Acute exacerbation of severe or chronic illnesses.
