研究目的：

1.分析广东省登革热流行地区登革热的疾病和经济负担，并进行科学评估，为优化我国登革热防控策略提供科学依据。 2.调查我国登革热患者和公众接受药物治疗或接种登革热疫苗的意愿。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To assess the disease and economic burden of dengue patients in Guangdong province. 2. To investigate the intention of dengue patient and the public to receive medication treatment or dengue vaccine use.

纳入标准：

1.符合国家卫生行业标准《登革热诊断》及《登革热诊疗方案（2024年版）》诊断标准的登革热病例 ； 2.已签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Cases of dengue fever meeting the diagnostic criteria outlined in the National Health Industry Standard "Diagnosis of Dengue Fever" and the "Dengue Fever Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol (2024 Edition)"; 2. Individuals who have signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

无法获取完整病历或经济负担数据的患者及不愿参与调查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients whose complete medical records or financial burden data cannot be obtained, and patients who are unwilling to participate in the survey.
