研究目的：

（1）明确南宁地区肺炎支原体肺炎严重程度与IL-6水平是否相关。 （2）明确南宁地区IL-6基因多态性与肺炎支原体肺炎严重程度是否有相关。（3）明确单纯肺炎支原体感染和混合肺炎支原体感染的IL-6水平是否存在差异。  

Objectives of Study：

( 1 ) To determine whether the severity of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in Nanning is related to IL-6 levels. ( 2 ) To determine whether the polymorphism of IL-6 gene in Nanning area is related to the severity of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. ( 3 ) To determine whether there is a difference in IL-6 levels between simple Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and mixed Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.

纳入标准：

符合《儿童肺炎支原体肺炎诊治专家共识(2015 版)》中 肺炎支原体肺炎诊断标准，，即：MPP 以发热和咳嗽为主要表现。中高度发热多见， 也可低热或无热。部分患儿发热时伴畏寒、头痛、胸痛、胸闷等症状。病初大多 呈阵发性干咳，少数有黏痰，偶有痰中带血丝，咳嗽会逐渐加剧，个别患儿可出 现百日咳样痉咳，病程可持续 2 周甚至更长。多数患儿精神状况良好，多无气促 和呼吸困难，而婴幼儿症状相对较重，可出现喘息或呼吸困难。年长儿肺部湿啰 音出现相对较晚，可有肺部实变体征。

Inclusion criteria

In line with the diagnostic criteria of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in the ' Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children ( 2015 Edition ) ', that is, MPP is mainly manifested by fever and cough. Moderate to high fever is common, and it can also be low fever or no fever. Some children with fever accompanied by chills, headache, chest pain, chest tightness and other symptoms. At the beginning of the disease, most of them had paroxysmal dry cough, a few had sticky sputum, and occasionally had blood in the sputum. The cough would gradually intensify. Some children could have pertussis-like spasmodic cough, and the course of disease could last for 2 weeks or even longer. Most of the children are in good mental condition, without shortness of breath and dyspnea, while the symptoms of infants are relatively severe, and wheezing or dyspnea may occur. The lung moist rales of older children appear relatively late, and there may be signs of pulmonary consolidation.

排除标准：

①存在呼吸系统基础疾病：肺结核、支气管肺发育不良、 呼吸道先天畸形、肺部肿瘤、闭塞性 细支气管炎、气道异物、纤毛运动障碍等； ②合并其他病原体显性感染及其他系统严重疾病；③合并先天性免疫缺陷、先天 性心脏病、营养不良、先天性遗传代谢性疾病，近期使用免疫抑制剂者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Basic diseases of the respiratory system : pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, congenital malformations of the respiratory tract, lung tumors, bronchiolitis obliterans, airway foreign bodies, ciliary dyskinesia, etc. 2 combined with other pathogens dominant infection and other serious diseases of the system; 3.combined with congenital immunodeficiency, congenital heart disease, malnutrition, congenital genetic metabolic diseases, recent use of immunosuppressive agents.
